Introduction to our platform

The location marketing cloud provides you with a multitude of tools. Used regularly and effectively, it will produce magnificent results quickly. In this part, we’ll show you how to use the most important functions of the tool. Below are the articles that will introduce you to our platform.

The first page in the Control Center is the tab called Dashboard. You can see how your locations are performing at a glance. Find more by clicking one of the articles below.


Our software can be individually adapted to your company needs. Among other things, you can create different accounts for your company - for different brands, for example. Or you can divide your accounts between sales regions, if you need. This allows users of the software to segment and assign different roles and access rights.


As an active user you will find a lot of information on the site overview page. This site is the heart of the cloud.


Get acquainted with the many filter options. Find what you are looking for quickly and find your locations more effectively. For example, you can filter by account or type the name of the location directly in the search bar. Keep an eye on the “missing data” column. This indicates that certain locations require action.

Customer Feedback

The Customer Feedback is part of the Engage tool. Engage is the central tool for gathering and managing feedback of your locations. Respond to Customer Feedback directly from the cloud. If, for example a branch with consistently positive ratings emerges, you can investigate this and derive best practice measures for other locations. 


With our “Publish” or posting feature, you can regularly feed your locations with the latest content.


You can create users easily and customize their rights via the platform.
