Mission Control

Manage, optimize, and enrich your Corporate Location Data at scale.


Includes: 

Scalable collection and update of Corporate Location Data - via form, via bulk update user interface, via API or via table import flow

  • Account configuration and Location sorting with labels and grouping
  • Data cleansing including location address normalization (validation of geo coordinates to ensure rooftop accuracy)
  • Ingestion of: 
    • Basic Corporate Location Data: Submission of names, addresses, telephone number, fax, website URL links,  e-mail, opening date, opening hours, descriptions, keywords, selection of key categories, and more. 
      • Keyword recommendations for location description
      • UTM and Call Tracking fields, limited to only those Publication Partners that accept this information (Google, Bing, and Facebook,)
    • Premium Content: Submission of services, accepted payment methods, brands, social media profiles, selection of key attributes, transaction links, and more.
      • Media manager: categorization of location photos and videos which optimize their performance
      • Content Collections: collections of product, service, menu, people, and custom assets, published across multiple locations’ Listings and Local Pages. 
    • Custom Fields: attributes specific to your business, that are visible in the frontend and can also be exchanged via API with your integrated systems
  • Data enrichment suggestions after analyzing location data already publicly available online outside of the platform
  • Unlimited profile updates on the Uberall Platform via real-time API, automated correction of data inconsistency and duplicate deletion
  • Schedule updates to location profile fields for future publication 


Listings

Manage, optimize, and enrich your Corporate Locations at scale by submitting up to date data to our network of Publication Partners for publication and synchronization purposes.

Includes: 

  • Global network: submission to wide our network of Publication Partners. We ensuring coverage on all different types of publishers including Search & Discovery, Voice Search, Social & Reputation, Navigation Services, Data Aggregators, Healthcare, Business Directories and Electric Vehicle Data. 

  • PreSync: identification of existing listings to prevent duplicate creation

  • Claiming: protect listings from being claimed by a third party, ensuring that our platform if the source of truth for your data. 

  • Unlimited submission and publication updates, happening real time on API-connected publishers

  • Self healing listings: sync checking your data regularly to ensure your listings always has your accurate data published

  • Duplicate Suppression: identifying duplicate listings and removing duplicates from publishers

  • Closed location management to remove them from publishers

  • Pull API: Leverage all features and manage all data through Uberall’s bi-directional REST API for integration into your existing IT infrastructure

Connected Publication Partners:

Ability to connect via the platform to listings providers where customers have existing accounts. 

This allows the customer to directly connect to their accounts with various platforms to link and submit information directly to their existing accounts.

Reviews

Monitor and reply to customer feedback across the web from one place. 


Includes automatically: 

  • Reputation monitoring from a single platform across various channels and content types (reviews, Q&As etc.)

  • Subscription to configurable email notifications when new reviews are published

  • Approval workflow: give selected users the chance to check replies before they’re posted live

  • Reviews widget on your website to collect 1st and 3rd party reviews, including monitoring through the CoreX platform

Locator Sessions - Excess of Committed Quantity: 

In the event a Customer excesses its Committed Quantity of Sessions for Locator and/or Local Pages, the Usage-Based Fee for any Additional Sessions shall be charged for Unit Bundles / price. A Unit Bundle has the same amount of Sessions as the initial Committed Quantity of Sessions, unless agreed otherwise.


Mobile App

Manage your inbox* (Reviews, chats and Social comments), post to social media* and manage location information and media from an app designed for the needs of local and regional managers. (*indicates related SaaS Products are required)

Review Generation SMS

Invitation tool to create and send customers customized text messages (SMS) to encourage reviews of your Corporate Locations.


SMS - Excess of Committed Quantity: 

In the event a Customer excesses its Committed Quantity of SMS for Review Generation SMS, the Usage-Based Fee for any Additional SMS shall be charged for Unit Bundles / price. A Unit Bundle has the same amount of SMS as the initial Committed Quantity of Sessions, unless agreed otherwise.
