Goal: Uberall wants to reach a 24h turnaround for cleansing.
Reasoning:
1. Cleansing is mandatory for publication to some directories such as Apple and Yelp and we need faster publication rates to satisfy customers desires for fast onboarding.
2. Uberall wants more reliable publication rates and one of the components to improving this is having better data to publish. This is achieved by cleansing
