Call Logging - Call Dispositions

We know you are busy round the clock ensuring we have a steady flow of leads and revenue. That’s why to make your life easier and as part of our tech stack optimization, we’ve revamped our Call Dispositions in Outreach to ensure a systematised and efficient workflow. 

 

As you know, every Call Disposition is a crucial reference for decision-making throughout the sales cycle. Not only it enables providing consistent visibility across the org but also soon will trigger updates to the Contact Stage changes in Salesforce which impacts our sales workflow. 

 

1)- Main changes 

 

  • We've structured the picklist concisely to avoid any confusion
  • We've heard your feedback and added new options ( such as Connected to HQ/Local Store/Personal Mobile Phone, etc.) that will allow you to report on data quality and share your feedback on areas for improvement and further enhancements.
  • We've added “Other (Provide more details in Call Notes)” - so please make sure you add any missing option or crucial information to Call Notes. This data is very valuable to ensure continuous improvement and efficient support.
