When managing your locations in the platform, you may need to create new Facebook Business Pages. Depending on your setup, you can either:

    1. Create a stand-alone Facebook business page for your location.
    2. Create a location page as part of a Facebook structure (nested under a brand/Main Page).

This article will walk you through both scenarios.

Create a New Stand-Alone Facebook Business Page

If a Facebook page for the location already exists, follow the connect flow described in the article "Facebook (FB) Connect Guide".

If you want to create a new Facebook listing, follow these steps:

    Steps:

    1. Log in to Uberall.
    2. Go to Location Hub and open the Location Profile
    3. Select Listings > Facebook Connect.
    4. Follow the normal connect flow until you see the list of locations from your Facebook account.
    5. Click “Create a new Facebook page.”
    6. Confirm and proceed with the next step.

Create a New Location Page as Part of a Facebook Structure

If your business uses a Main Page – Location Pages setup, the process differs slightly depending on how your account was connected.

    Scenario 1: Bulk Connection

    • If your account was connected to the platform in bulk, the location page will be created automatically and nested under the Main Page as soon as you sync the location in the platform.

    Scenario 2: Manual Setup

    • If your account was not connected in bulk and you want to add a location page under an existing Facebook structure, you must create the page directly in Facebook first, and then connect it to the platform.

Steps to create a new page under a Facebook structure:

    1. Log in to Facebook Business Manager.
    2. Go to Store Locations.
    3. Select the correct structure from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.
    4. You will now see all pages listed under this structure.
    5. Click “Add Store” and follow the on-screen steps.

Note: Only Admins of the structure can add a new Facebook page to the setup.
