In order to improve our TAM penetration rate and boost our pipeline generation. We need to start by quantifying our touched/untouched portions and enable you to have an eye bird's view of when was the last time prospects reached out to us or we got in touch with them.  Based on this you can build your prospecting strategy and work on optimizing your contact/account management plan.

 

Hence, we've added 5 fields to Salesforce which you can find on the account and contact levels:

 

🌟Last Rep Communication Date refers to the created date of the most recent email, LinkedIn, call, or the due date of the most recent meeting  (considering both inbound & outbound).

🌟Last Rep Activity Date refers to the created date of the most recent email, LinkedIn, or call (considering both inbound & outbound).

🌟Last Rep Meeting Date refers to the due date of the most recent meeting.

🌟Last Rep Inbound Communication refers to the created date of the most recent inbound email or call.

🌟Last Rep Outbound Communication refers to the created date of the most recent outbound call, email or  LinkedIn.
