TrustPilot - Upgraded Connect (March 2024)

TrustPilot has recently enhanced its connection flow for third parties. 

This upgrade offers an improved connection experience, enabling clients to view their connections directly on their TrustPilot account.

The previous Connect flow is being deprecated and therefore all clients are required to reconnect. 


What does this entail for clients?

Clients will be required to disconnect and then reconnect their accounts on March 20th.

This can be done on the Listings page:

Once disconnected, the client will need to reconnect. 


On the 27th March, any clients that have not yet disconnected, will be disconnected. 

In order to restore their connections, they will simply need to login and reconnect.
