INBOX REPLY ASSISTANT - RESPONSE LIBRARY
The Response Library is a user curated collection of response templates which can be used over and over again. This feature is included for any account that has access to the Inbox (unless by request to be excluded from the rollout).
A user creates a response template, which is then visible in the library for all other users with access to that account. The creator can tag the responses to better organize the library. Users can copy/paste the template for use when responding to reviews, and can further personalize the response as needed.
In the future, users will be able to pull in replies from the Response library in additional places such as the Inbox. In the next release, the Response Library will be controlled by a product plan feature.

Analytics - Sentiment Analysis GA
The last few bugs for Sentiment Analysis have been closed, including one that prevented showing all locations on the dashboard. We’re now ready to turn this on as needed for eligible customers
Analytics - Unified (Zenit) Filters
We’ve implemented the zenit filters on top of the Advanced Analytics Filters. No significant changes now other than layout and UI but this lays the groundwork for a set of filter enhancements now that we control the interface:
Platform - Ability to set Location’s Lat/Long by moving the Pin
It’s possible to move and set the latitude and longitude for active locations by clicking on the map in the Location view (left screenshot). The user will get prompted with a view where they can update their address details and move the pin on the map.

Location Attributes
Location attributes now have three statuses - Yes, No, and “Removed.”
Yes means the attribute will show on Google as the business has this attribute
No means the attribute will show on Google as the business does not have / offer this attribute
Remove means the attribute is removed from the location in the platform and is removed from Google so it will not be show to consumers as either offered or not offered
The UI has been updated to provide a cleaner user experience.
The API and spreadsheet have both been updated to accept all three statuses.
Payment Options
Payment Options has been updated to have a similar layout and functionality as the attributes section. This step was taken because payment and attributes share information, since certain payment types are found in both fields - so we needed the ability to set payment types with the same three statuses as attributes.
Payment Options now have three statuses - Yes, No, and “Removed.”
Yes means the attribute will show on Google as the business has this payment option
No mean the attribute will show on Google as the business does not have / offer this payment option
Remove means the payment is removed from the location in the platform and is removed from Google so it will not be show to consumers as either offered or not offered
The API and spreadsheet import have been updated to match the attribute functionality.
Two Important Notes:
Custom payment options will not show the Yes / No options. These will only be active or removed (as shown in the example below “Steve’s Credit Card”).
Google does not accept all payment types, so some that are marked yes/no may still not appear on Google.
Payment Option <-> Attribute Sync Functionality
Historically, if a user added a payment type to either the payment option or attributes field, the payment type would be added to the other field. This functionality continues.
What has changed is that the user now only needs to delete the payment type from one of the fields to delete it from both. This change was made to align with user expectations and to create cleaner, quality data.

Automated Responses [beta]
Automated Responses lets users set up rules to respond automatically to Google star-only reviews. The user can set up triggers based on star rating and location. They create up to 20 pre-saved responses that will be cycled through randomly when a new review comes in that matches their criteria. We are launching the beta period now, and will follow up with the general launch to Be Chosen and Thrive packages.
‘Near Me’ 360 - Alignment to CoreX (iteration 1.4)
This iteration on the NM360 focused on aligning its capabilities and narrative to CoreX and our 3 value pillars (Get Found - Be Chosen - Drive Loyalty).
The improvements focused on 2 key aspects:
-
Aligning the self-service experience multi-location prospects have with the NM360 to the CoreX platform (see example):
In the multi-location results page, the Summary section now gives a performance overview across the 3 value pillars
The Conclusion section now displays a radar chart with 3 pillar scores echoing the NM360 badge on the Homepage in the platform
All scores are now displayed out of 100, as they are also on the Homepage
The failure screen is now beautifully on brand, identical to the one in the platform
-
Providing a “manual bulk NM360” (on the model of our legacy BSCA) as a new sales tool for our Sales Ops team to better support our prospect conversations:
In the Bulk Checks section, you can now run a Bulk NM360
You simply need to upload a csv file with the list of locations (name, address, country, category id)
For each location you will get a manual NM360 result, i.e. a global score, pillar scores, detailed listings accuracy data, local search ranks, average rating and competitive benchmarks for all the metrics assessed by the NM360 (as a reminder, see this article)
Ping Peter Hughes (PreSales) and Lamyae Zarioh (Sales Ops) for questions!
Bonus: partners are now able to show/hide sections of the NM360 results page directly in the widget they implement. See this article for details
