    Location Lifecycle

    Location Life Cycle is reflected by the following location statuses: 

    Location Status

    Are the listings updated?

    Is the location billed? Until when?

     Is the location automatically renewed?

    ACTIVE = location is managed by Uberall

    Yes

    CANCELLED = location is managed by uberall but won’t be renewed. This means uberall will continue to update the listing until the end date of the subscription and once the end is reached, the location will be automatically set to “INACTIVE” 

    Yes, the listings are updated and billed until status is changed to INACTIVE when subscription end Date*

    No: when subscription end Date* location turns INACTIVE

    CLOSED = location is closed and no longer serves customers


    No : last update is to inform directory that location is closed (mark as closed or delete listing)

    No. As soon as the status changes to CLOSED, the

    INACTIVE = location is no longer managed by us. This means uberall will not update the listing.

    *subscription end Date* = it is the date when the location publication period ends, determined by the product plan’s durations. 




    Product Plan duration examples:

    • Enterprise Customers

    Product Plan has: 

    • 1 month initial duration 

    • 1 month duration for each renewal


    • Partners

    Product Plan has: 

    • 12 months initial duration 

    • 12 months duration for each renewal


    Product Plan has: 

    • 12 months initial duration 

    • 1 month duration for each renewal


    Location Billing Cycle

    Each location has its own billing cycle with start and end date. The invoices are generated on the last day of each month and sent on the working day 2 of the following month.

    Disputes

    Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
