Where do I find the Call To Action (CTA) button?

Configuring the CTA is not done in the Locator widget, but in the Platform. Export the Locations file from the Platform, fill in both callToActionText and callToActionUrl (callToActionText2 and callToActionUrl2 can also be configured) columns and import the newly saved file. Once this information is provided, the CTA will appear on the Locator.

How many Locators can be created per Business?

There is no limit of Locator pages that can be created per Business.
Any Locator can have 1 or many businesses attached to it. This allows for multiple businesses to have their own individual Locators and the option to also regroup all those businesses into one global Locator.

Can the search results be prioritised?

Example: A brand manufacturer, who has a distinction between premium and normal retailers, would like that the first result on the Locator of their global website to always be a premium retailer, even if a normal retailer is closer to the user.

It is not currently possible to prioritise the search results.

Can I add and delete Content List information to my Locator?

Yes, you can do it yourself as long as your user role is either Admin or Multi-Account Manager. Please follow the instructions in this article.

What size should landscape pictures have?

The default display size on a desktop screen is 1140x250px. It is recommended to use a picture with dimensions as close to that default size as possible. If the size can't be followed, the aspect ratio between width and height should be maintained for proper display. The dimensions of the landscape picture will adapt to the display, but always retain the same aspect ratio.

Can we display videos?

It is possible to display videos via the Engage feature news/posting. It will appear in the upper right section of the page.
