    Warning

The Dashboard is a basic analytics page that provides a high-level overview of how your locations are performing. You can access it by selecting "Dashboard" from the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the Uberall App.

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll find three widgets displaying:

    • Profile Completeness
    • Listings Statuses
    • Duplicates Overview

Hover over the "i" icon on each widget for a detailed explanation of what it shows.

The Profile Completeness and Listings widgets highlight if any locations require action — for example, missing information like opening hours, or issues with specific listings.

If there’s an Action Required at the listing level, it must be resolved for Uberall to successfully submit your data to those directories.

On the right-hand side, the Activity Panel displays real-time updates, such as changes to your listing data or new comments and ratings received by your locations.

    Available Dashboard Metrics

The Dashboard includes a range of performance metrics:

    • Average Rating
    • Reviews Reply Rate
    • Average Rating Activity
    • Reviews Analysis
    • Feedback Activity
    • Facebook Impressions
    • Facebook Clicks
    • Google Impressions By Date - Maps
    • Google Impressions by Date - Search
    • Google Clicks
    • Google Bookings

You can search metrics by location name, address, location identifier, or labels, and filter by date range to view data for a specific period.

    Warning

Facebook and Google metrics are only available for locations that are successfully connected to those platforms.

For a more in-depth analysis, click "Excel" to download your metrics as a file.
