About HolidayCheck
The German portal HolidayCheck is primarily a holiday and hotels booking and rating page with 1 million hotels and more than 1.300 ships registered.
Prerequisites
In order to connect HolidayCheck to the platform, you need to have the Engage module booked for your location. Additionally, your location(s) need(s) to be registered on HolidayCheck already and have at least one review. In order to set up a business account with HolidayCheck and to register your location(s) please go directly to HolidayCheck.
Connection
Once you registered your location(s) on HolidayCheck and have received at least one review (per location) you can connect your location(s) to the platform to see all reviews in the Customer Feedback section. Simply click on the connect button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Info
Since on HolidayCheck only reviews can be managed via the app, any changes to the profile data like name, address or phone number changes will have to be done directly in the HolidayCheck account.
