    Location Data Management (formerly: Mission Control)

    Manage, optimize, and enrich your Corporate Location Data at scale.

     

    Includes: 

    Scalable collection and update of Corporate Location Data - via form, via bulk update user interface, via API or via table import flow

    • Account configuration and Location sorting with labels and grouping
    • Data cleansing including location address normalization (validation of geo coordinates to ensure rooftop accuracy) 
    • Ingestion of: 
      • Basic Corporate Location Data: Submission of names, addresses, telephone number, fax, website URL links, e-mail, opening hours, descriptions, keywords, photos, company logos, selection of key categories, etc. 
        • Keyword recommendations for location description 
        • UTM and Call Tracking fields, limited to only those Publication Partners that accept this information (Google, Bing, and Facebook,)
      • Premium Content: Submission of video, services, accepted payment methods, brands, social media profiles, selection of key attributes, etc.
        • Media manager: categorization of location photos which optimize their performance
        • Content Collections: collections of product, service, menu, people, and custom assets, published across multiple locations’ Listings and Local Pages. 
      • Custom Fields: attributes specific to your business, that are visible in the frontend and can also be exchanged via API with your integrated systems
    • Data enrichment suggestions after analyzing location data already publicly available online outside of the SaaS Products
    • Unlimited profile updates on the Uberall Platform via real-time API, automated correction of data inconsistency and duplicate deletion 
    • Schedule updates to location profile fields for future publication 

     

    May include additionally: 

    • Location Approval Workflow: Enables businesses to efficiently manage Corporate Location Data while maintaining brand control and accuracy, eliminating the need for emails or internal workflows that could delay updates. Contributors can edit Corporate Location Data within the platform, while approvers review and approve changes before any submission to the Publication Partners.

    Listings

    Manage, optimize, and enrich your Corporate Location Data of your Corporate Locations at scale, then submit it to our network of Publication Partners for publication and synchronization purposes.

     

    Includes: 

    • Global network: submission to our network of Publication Partners, taking into account location region and category on all different types of Publication Partners including Search & Discovery, Voice Search, Social & Reputation, Navigation Services, Data Aggregators, Healthcare, Business Directories and Electric Vehicle Data. 
    • Optimization for Voice network 
    • PreSync: Identification of existing listings and submission of claim requests (claiming) for a smooth onboarding
    • Unlimited submission and publication updates, happening real time on API-connected publishers
    • Self healing listings: Continuous submission of updated Corporate Location Data and sync check thereof to monitor success of respective update 
    • Listing duplication suppression
    • Closed location management to remove them from Publication Partners, or mark the Corporate Location is temporarily or permanently closed.

    • Pull API: Leverage all features and manage all data through Uberall’s bi-directional REST API for integration into your existing IT infrastructure 

    Listings Add-Ons:

    • EV Listings: Listings when provided for Corporate Locations that are electric vehicle charging points. In the event EV Listings is provided as “EV Listings (AC)”, the SaaS Product shall only be available for and used by alternate current electric vehicle charging points.  In the event EV Listings is provided as “EV Listings (DC)”, the SaaS Product shall only be available for and used by direct current electric vehicle charging points. 

     

    Reviews

    Monitor and reply to customer feedback provided as End Customer Reviews across the web from one place. 

     

    Includes automatically: 

    • Reputation monitoring from a single platform across various channels and content types (reviews, Q&As etc.)
    • Subscription to configurable email notifications when new End Customer Reviews are published
    • In depth filtering and sorting on content
    • Saved filters to allow future use of a pre-set filter
    • Customer reviews export

    May include additionally: 

    • Approval workflow: give selected users the chance to check Review Replies before they are submitted to Publication Partners
    • Reply Assistant including: 
      • Response Library: save templates other users can apply to reply to End Customer Reviews

    Includes:

    • Reviews Tiles (may also be referred to as "Website Widget" or "Review Widget") on your website to collect 1st and 3rd party End Customer Reviews, including monitoring through the platform
    • Sentiment Analysis: Multi-lingual, AI driven analysis of reviews across corporate locations
    • Review Generation SMS - Invitation tool to create and send customers customized text messages (SMS) to encourage reviews of your Corporate Locations.

    Review Generation SMS - Excess of Committed Quantity: In the event a Customer exceeds its Committed Quantity of SMS for Review Generation SMS, the Usage-Based Fee for any Additional SMS shall be charged for Unit Bundles / price. A Unit Bundle has the same amount of SMS as the initial Committed Quantity of Sessions, unless agreed otherwise.

     

    Messages

    Track and respond to customer messages across multiple platforms from one central inbox, via live agents or with support from local chatbots.

     

    Includes automatically: 

    • Centralized messaging UI (Google, Facebook): Reply to chatbot messages from the SaaS Product platform provided by Uberall, across all your Corporate Locations
    • Hand-off & email notification to live agent to inform a message has been received

     

    May include additionally: 

    • Basic chatbot customization
    • Multi-language chatbot (EN, DE, FR, ES)
    • Connection to reservations system

     

    Insights & Analytics

    Display of and access to various reports and analytical visualizations, which are generated based on aggregated corporate location data and usage data, and contain, among other things, best practices for using the SaaS Products for your benefit.

    • Reports and visualizations based on corporate location data

     

    May include additionally:

    • Advanced Analytics reports, visualizations, and insights

    Local Social (formerly: Social Organic)

    Post to your social media profiles.

     

    Includes: 

    • Posting at scale: 
      • On multiple Corporate Locations
      • Various posting types: news, offer, events, Q&A
    • Schedule publications
    • Performance analytics (views, clicks, share, like, reactions when available)

    May include additionally: 

    • Posting on social media brand pages, additionally to local listings and social media location profiles (available for Facebook and Instagram)
    • Posting widget for your website
    • Posting to Local Pages (not available for Local Pages as a Managed SaaS Product)
    • Social post templates stored in a library with various sharing capabilities across users

    Help customers find your Corporate Locations through an integrated overview on your website (Locator) and/or let them explore each Corporate Locations through sub-websites (Local Pages).

     

    Locator and/or Local Pages may be made available in one of the following forms of integrations:

     

    1. “Build your Own” or “Self service” (Self-Serving)

    Locator builder: build, design, and deploy changes to your Locator and/or Local Pages. Embed the code on your website once, then manage everything easily from the platform.

    1. “Build and hosted by Uberall” or “Managed”

    Uberall builds, hosts, and maintains your Locator and/or Local Pages in consultation with you, hosted on a subdomain of your site.

    Use the Locator API to pull Corporate Location Data and content into custom website and app builds, or bring the power of Uberall into your own tools and dashboards.

    • Allowing Customer to create an integrated overview of Corporate Locations with map-, search- and filter-functionalities (Locator) and/or Landing Pages for individual Corporate Locations (Local Pages) itself

    Locator Sessions - Excess of Committed Quantity:

    Collaborate Plus

    Includes: 

    • Workflow approval for Location Data Management - The location approval workflow allows contributors to propose updates to business location data, which are held pending until reviewed. Approvers are notified to either approve or reject suggestions, ensuring only verified changes are published, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
    • Workflow approval for Reviews -  enables users to review responses before they're published, providing an additional layer of oversight and ensuring greater accountability for the content being sent
    • Workflow approval for Local Social - Enables the approver to receive list of posts to approve or reject before published by other users (typically location managers)

    Local Inventory

    Local Inventory enables businesses to list their in-store stock products online, making them visible in local searches across platforms like Google. The product integrates directly with POS systems, ensuring accurate, real-time updates of product availability, price, and stock levels. With features like automatic data synchronization, businesses can seamlessly connect their inventory to search engines, local listings, and social media profiles. Local Inventory also supports Google Merchant Center verification within a week, allowing stock products to appear in Google’s “See What’s In-Store” feature. Additionally, detailed analytics provide insights into product views, clicks, and local demand trends

     

    AI-powered Features (formerly: AI Assistant)

    Enhance your workflows with features of the SaaS Product feature group “AI-powered Features” (formerly: AI Assistant) - which, if and to the extent applicable, are then available together with the respective related SaaS Product - to be more productive and complete tasks effortlessly.

     

    May include: 

    • AI-Review Response (formerly: AI Responses) (for Reviews): AI generated response suggestions for End Customer Reviews
    • AI-Generated Auto Responses (for Reviews): AI generated automated responses to End Customer Reviews
    • AI-Post Tone Adjuster (formerly: AI Post Assistant or Tone Adjuster) (for Local Social): AI generated enhancements to optimize tone of Social Media Postings
    • AI-Messages Localization (formerly: Chatbot Localization) (for Messages): Automatic AI translations of Chatbot Replies set up in Messages in the language of the respective User Message given in the chatbot
