Introduction

Facebook offers businesses the option to allow customers to leave their feedback on their experience with a location. These come in the form of Recommendations. Customers can leave a positive review (recommends) or a negative review (doesn't recommend). Like with any review site, having reviews on Facebook is another way to build your trustworthiness and validate your business to new consumers. It's also another source to help you better understand the opportunities at your locations. 

Businesses will need to enable reviews (Recommendations) on each Facebook page before customers have the option to write a review. Once enabled on Facebook, these reviews will be visible in CoreX through our connection with your Facebook page - making it easy to manage all your reviews in one place!

Steps to Enable Facebook Reviews:

1. Log into the Facebook Page as an admin. 
2. Go to “Settings” on the left navigation.
3. Navigate to the “Templates and Tabs” section of the page settings. 
4. In the Tabs section, enable 'Reviews."
   • Alternatively, you can follow these steps to disable reviews for a page.
