This article guides you through understanding why these terms are important, where to find them, and how to accept them to activate your new AI capabilities.

Why are AI Terms and Conditions Necessary?

The AI Terms and Conditions are crucial for enabling new and intelligent features within your Uberall platform. By agreeing to these terms, you grant permission for these advanced functionalities to be activated for all users within your Sales Partner account, ensuring a seamless and powerful experience.

What AI Features Will Be Activated?

Accepting the terms and conditions will activate a suite of powerful AI-driven features designed to streamline your operations and improve your online presence. Activation of these features is also conditional on having the respective product as part of your package. The features include:

UB-I, Uberall's AI Assistant: Your dedicated AI assistant to help you with various tasks.

AI Review Replies: Generate intelligent and personalized responses to customer reviews.

AI Social Writer and Tone Adjuster: Craft engaging social media content and tailor its tone to perfection.

AI Business Descriptions: Create compelling and optimized descriptions for your business listings.

Who Can Accept the Terms?

The AI Terms and Conditions can be accepted by users with higher-level permissions, including Admins, Multi Account Managers, and Account Managers. Location Managers do not have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the account.

Activation

Admins will see this banner, prompting them to go accept the terms and conditions and activate the feature from within the feed:
 

If this banner has been dismissed in the past, it may no longer be displayed to you. If that's the case, you can manually navigate to the User Rights section, going to the Org Settings button on the lower left side of the screen.

Once directed to the user rights section, a banner will automatically display in the User Rights section, prompting you to activate the AI Assistant. 

Upon hitting activate, a modal will appear, prompting you to select a language in which to review and accept the terms. Note that selecting a language is required, and the existing agreement is only available in the languages of English, German and French. 

The specific terms and the referenced links will appear upon selecting a language. The accept button will be activated once the confirmation is checked.

What Happens After Acceptance?

Upon successful acceptance, the modal will close, and all AI-related features will be immediately activated for all users under your Sales Partner account. This means your team can start utilizing these powerful new tools right away.

Managing Individual AI Access

Admins have the flexibility to manage individual user access to these AI features. Even after the features are activated for the account, you can revoke or grant access for specific users within the Features section under each user's profile on the User Rights page.

I Don't See the Option to Accept AI Terms & Conditions

In some cases, including partners and resellers, it may be necessary to reach out to your Account Manager in order to ammend these Terms and Conditions to the existing contract.
