    We continue our AI Innovations by introducing an all new Social Writer feature to help users craft the perfect post! The AI-Social Writer gives users the option to automatically generate copy using prompts that instruct our Social Assistant on what to write about. The AI-Social Writer can also utilize details from your past posts to create tailored messaging unique to your business and branding.
     

     

    Get Started

    The AI-Social Writer is available for users with the Local Social Package that have agreed to the AI Terms & Conditions. Start by logging into the platform and visiting the Social Post Publisher. The AI-Social Writer is available in the section where users draft the Title & Description for the post.

    Uberall's Reply Assistant has helped users effortlessly craft tailored responses to individual reviews. This season we are expanding that capability to enable users to respond to multiple (40) reviews at once! The AI-Bulk Review Replies uses the same technology to come up with individualized responses for each review selected. Capable of identifying the context and language of a review to quickly draft up a reply. Users can then review the response and make modifications before publishing. 
     

     

    Get Started

    The AI-Bulk Review Replies is available for users with the Reviews Plus package for users that have agreed to the AI Terms & Conditions. Start by visiting the the Inbox within Review Management section of the platform. Select multiple reviews and choose “reply” from the bulk actions. Then click “Generate with AI” and watch the magic happen! Replies will be created in a draft mode make it possible for users to review the response, make modifications, or have the Reply Assistant generate a new reply. 
     

     

     

    Yelp Automations

    With this update, users will be able to utilize more efficiency features to reply to Yelp reviews. Previously, each Yelp review would need to be tackled one by one. Now, users can utilize the Bulk Reply functionality in the Inbox enabling users to reply to multiple reviews at once. This also includes utilizing the newly released AI-Bulk Replies with the Reviews Plus Package. 

     

    Get Started

    Users with Yelp added onto their package will now be able to navigate to the Inbox, select multiple reviews and choose the Bulk Reply option. Users that also have the Reviews Plus package can chose to use the AI-Bulk Reply from response options to quickly draft replies to the selected reviews.

    We are making it easier to get the permissions needed to manage Google Business Profile data in the Uberall platform. With this release, admins can send a request to Google Business Profile owners and request authorization streamlining the onboarding process. This is a great option for decentralized models where a corporate team may otherwise struggle with connecting franchisees' GBPs. 

     

    Getting Started

    Visit the new ‘Request Access’ page in the Org Settings of the platform. Here, users will be able to create and manage access links. When creating a link, businesses have the opportunity to brand the request and add a custom message to help instill confidence for GBP owners providing access to their locations.

     

     

    Once an owner receives the request, they can follow a simple process for granting access to manage their GBP listings. All that is required is for the owner to login into their Google Business Profile account, select the business and locations to provide access for. The request can be completed on desktop or mobile - making it easy for any franchisee to provide access anywhere they are! Once access is granted, admins will be able to then proceed with connecting the GBPs to the platform.
     

     

     

    New Login Page

    We are modernizing the login page! The login page is the first page our users see and we want to make sure that it's not only visually pleasant, but also informative. Users will find all new helpful banners that will keep you updated on new features and information that can help you make the most of the Uberall platform.

     

     

     

    Location Management

    • Enhanced Usability: Redesign improves the overall experience of managing location data.
    • Clearer Location Status: New fields provide better insights into the status of each location. Make quick decisions to improve the performance of your locations on directories!
    • Action Required Field: Easily identify locations needing attention and what action is needed. Locations that require action can be negatively impacting their success in local search. Reducing visibility and conversions.
    • Customizable Data Display: Personalize the table to show preferred data, enabling/disabling columns and reorganizing them. See what’s important to you immediately and remove any clutter.
    • Persistent View: Personalized table settings remain consistent across logins. Don’t worry about wasting time setting up your unique view each time! 
     
     

     

    The Location List Page has received a redesign! This page is an essential part of our platform, acting as a starting point for users to manage location data. The redesign includes visual and usability improvements, making the experience even better.

    Users will immediately find new fields that help them to better understand the status of their locations. The new Action Required field makes it easy to identify when a location profile needs attention and what action should be taken. 
     

     

    A new feature to get excited for is the new capability that let’s users decide the data that is displayed in the Location List. Head over to the Personalize table option to enable/disable columns, reorganize them to your liking, and modify the view to better suit your needs. These changes will stay the same each time you log in or until you change them again!

    The redesigned Location List Page is available in all packages! Log into the platform and head over to the Location Hub's Location page. We recommend setting up a view that works best for you and then tackle any profiles that require action!

     

      

    New WhatsApp Attribute

    • Simplified Profile Updates: The new attribute simplifies the process of adding WhatsApp details to location profiles ensuring customers have the latest contact options.
    • Increased Visibility: Displaying WhatsApp details on Google Business Profiles provides another channel for customers to reach out, increasing overall visibility. This multi-channel approach ensures that businesses are accessible to a wider audience, catering to different communication preferences.
     
     

     

    Google is now providing a way for businesses to promote their WhatsApp for customer messaging and communication. With this new release we have added a new attribute to the platform making it easier for businesses to update their location profiles with their WhatsApp details to display on their Google Business Profiles.

     

     

    Get Started

    This feature will be enabled for users on all packages. Log into the platform and navigate to the Location Hub’s Location page. Select a location to update and visit the Rich Data section to add the new attribute. This will produce a new WhatsApp field where users can add their unique WhatsApp business url (e.g., https://wa.me/1234567890). This attribute can also be updated using the Bulk Editor, Spreadsheet upload, and API.

     

     

    Sublocality

    We are adding a new Sublocality field to the address section of the Location's basic data. This enables businesses to ensure their complete address is published. The Sublocality field is will only be applied to addresses in countries that require the additional information. This includes locations in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. 

     

     

    Get Started

    The Sublocality field will be enabled for all packages for locations in the specified countries. Users can update the Sublocality field in the Basic data section of the profile. Additionally, users can update this field using the Spreadsheet Upload or via API.

    We are reimagining our reviews reporting with the all new Reviews Insights Report! The report has been redesigned with enhanced visuals to simplify how you analyze the performance of your online reviews.

    • Response Metrics such as Average Response and Reply Rate along with trending data.
    • High level sentiment details based on star-value of the ratings received
    • Trending Keyword data
       

     

    The report is categorized into different sections that help users better digest the information provided and includes call-to-actions on how to improve upon the performance. This makes the report not only informative but also actionable!

Can also be used to connect which social content is performing well with certain audiences by using demographic insights for the successful locations. 
     
     

     

    Our Facebook reporting also receives a refresh this season! The new consolidated Facebook Report combines three reports (Impressions Report, Reach Report, and Performance Report) into one section and receives improved visuals to help users better analyze the performance of their Facebook pages and posts.

    The Impressions and Reach reports contain corresponding counts across locations, along with trending data that helps users to determine where their views are coming from (organically, paid, or viral). Additionally, users can learn high-level demographic information and track location-by-location performance.

    The Facebook Performance Report contains details on Facebook Post Performance across locations. This includes details of the published post and engagement metrics. 

     

     

    API Reseller Update

    Open Access to New Inbox

    For Resellers that utilize our API to create and manage users, we will be phasing out our legacy Inbox and granting access to our new Inbox. What this means is that any users with the INBOX_READ and INBOX_WRITE will now be granted access of the new Inbox. If you previously set up INBOX_2_0_BETA_READ or INBOX_2_0_BETA_WRITE those will continue to work and provide access.

    There aren't any changes that will need to be made on your end. These permissions will be updated within the platform. 

     

     

    AI Review Response & Bulk Review Response

    We are excited to announce that customers can now access AI Review Responses and AI Bulk Review Replies via API. These AI functions help with managing reviews by crafting contextual responses to customer reviews. Each review will be tailored to the content, star-rating, and language within the review making review management more efficient.

    Locator & Local Pages

    Build your own - Hosted Locator & Local Pages

    We are building a new Build your own Locator and Pages functionality within the platform. Using the same builder available today, users will be able to manage and customize their Locator & Local Pages directly in the platform. The additional functionality enables Uberall to host the Locator & Local Pages without require that businesses embed it on their site.
