    Total Posts

    What it Shows: The total number of Facebook posts published by your business within the selected reporting period, compared to the same period in the previous year. Includes percentage changes to highlight trends. 

    How to Use: Gauge the overall volume of content created and shared with your audience. Compare the number of posts with engagement metrics to understand the correlation between posting frequency and audience response. 

    Set benchmarks for how often to post and maintain or improve engagement.

    Total Engagements 

    What it Shows: The cumulative number of interactions on your posts, including likes, comments, shares, and other reactions (e.g., emojis or GIF responses).
    How to Use:

    • Measure how well their content resonates with the audience.
    • Identify patterns in high-performing posts to replicate successful strategies.
    • Assess audience activity and preferences over time to refine content strategies.

    Average Reach

    The average number of unique users who saw a post during the reporting period. Reach refers to how widely content is distributed on Facebook.

    • Identify trends in reach to assess the impact of algorithm changes or audience growth.
    • Optimize posting times and types of content to maximize reach.
       

    Top Facebook Posts Table Details

    Column Title Definition Note
    Store Number  Store Number.  

    Publication Date 

    The date the post was published.  
    Media  Thumbnail image preview of the media associated with the post (e.g., image or video URL). Facebook will store the thumbnail image for 30 days only. Therefore, if the post is older than 30 days, the image might not be visible. 
    Caption  The caption or description of the post.  
    Location Name  The specific location tied to the post (e.g., location nickname, internal location name).  
    LOC Identifier  The unique identifier for the location.  
    Address  The full address of the location. If published to the brand page, Address will not be available. 
    Engagements  Total engagements (e.g., likes, shares, comments).  
    Reactions  Specific number of reactions.  
    Comments  Total comments received tied to the post.   
    Video Views   Total number of video views.  
    Impressions  Total numbers of impressions received tied to the post.   
    Post Link  Native Facebook link to the specific Facebook post.  
    Published By  Who published the post. If published through Uberall, username will be captured, if published natively, it will state “Published Natively”.
