    Creating a thread on Google Forums

    In order for the Google Support teams & Google Product Experts to best assist, please provide as many details as possible about your location and issue, like:

    • The Google listing URL
    • The location's website URL
    • Full Business name, Address and Phone number
    • Last time you contacted Google and your case ID (if applicable)

     

     

    General Rules for Google escalations

    1. Reporter should have already contacted Google support and have a case ID
    2. Google support has not responded (within 7 business days) or given the wrong guidance (example: indicating to individually verify locations in a bulk-verified account)
    3. If guidance is incorrect, reporter should cite the page/section of Google guidelines that is in question
    4. Create the post on the GBP forum: https://support.google.com/business/thread/new?hl=en&sjid=16206642091861376494
