    How long does it take after connecting Google to show graphs on the Dashboard? Why is there a difference in Average Rating for the reviews between the platform and Google?     How long does it take after connecting Google to show graphs on the Dashboard?

    After connecting your Google Business Profile (GBP) account, it can take up to 24 hours for all metric data to appear on the Dashboard. This delay occurs because data is pulled at regular intervals, not instantly.

    If you adjust the Dashboard filter to Overall, the system will also display historic data going back 18 months prior to the connection date.

    Why is there a difference in Average Rating for the reviews between the platform and Google?

    Google rounds up the average rating, while our platform displays only one decimal without rounding up.

    Example:

    • Google: 4.45 → 4.5
    • Platform: 4.45 → 4.4

    What are Google Impressions?

    Impressions are he total number of times your business appeared in Search results (excluding paid Google Ads).

    Example:
    If 100 people searched for Keyword 1 and your business appeared in the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) each time, that would count as 100 impressions.

    Why are my Google graphs empty on the Dashboard?

    To display Google data in the Dashboard:

    1. Locations must be properly connected to Google Business Profile.
    2. If the account is not connected at the account level, this must be done before syncing or creating individual GBP listings.

    Important changes since February 2023:

    • Google no longer provides photo and query data.
    • Metrics like clicks and impressions are still available but are now counted differently by Google.
    • The Dashboard collects Google data from February 2023 onwards.

    If graphs still appear empty, it may indicate a technical issue that requires further investigation by Support.

    Can businesses use UTM codes for tracking on Google listings?

    Yes. Google allows UTM codes to be added to:

    • Website URLs
    • Appointment URLs

    This can help track traffic in analytics tools.
