Introduction Who will be added to my Meta Business Manager? What can I expect from the newly added users? How can I provide admin access to Uberall

    Introduction

Uberall requires admin access to your Meta (Facebook) Business Manager as part of the implementation to connect our new paid social tool. This is a quick process that will allow our team to implement the features needed to perform actions like ad account creation, page provisioning, and most importantly, campaign publishing from our platform.

In addition, provisioning a set of Uberall users will enable us to effectively troubleshoot if you run into any issues when it comes to your Facebook pages and publishing campaigns.

Who will be added to my Meta Business Manager?

The required users for implementation and on-going support will typically be your Uberall Success Manager and our Support team. We may request one additional user be added during implementation, however, they can be removed once we have completed the setup process.

You will be adding the Success Manager’s Uberall Email Address to your account and our Support team email (laura@local-ads-support.com). These users will be added for the duration of our partnership.

What can I expect from the newly added users?

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us. The purpose of adding our users is strictly to ensure that our Social App is installed to your Business Manager and maintained appropriately. The Social App installed is associated with your platform instance and enables you to create ad accounts, provision your pages for campaigns, and publish campaigns at scale through our platform. Once the Social App is installed, our team’s access is to monitor and maintain the Social App connection.

Beyond maintaining the Social App, we may access your Business Manager to help troubleshoot any issues you encounter. Please be aware that this access is only used and authorized upon your request.

How can I provide admin access to Uberall

When providing access to your Business Manager, your Uberall Success Manager will confirm the users that need to be added as admins. This will include your Uberall CSM, the Uberall Support team, and Implementation team member. Follow these steps once you have the email addresses:

    1. Navigate to your Business Manager via https://business.facebook.com/
    2. Click settings at the bottom and choose Business Settings
    3. Make user you are in the People section under Users on the left navigation
    4. Click on the + Add, button at the top of the people column
    5. From the new window, add the email address provided by your Success Manager (separated by commas)
    6. Toggle the Admin Access switch to “on” or until you see the blue highlight within the toggle.
    7. Click on Next to proceed.

The Uberall users will receive the invite via email, and once accepted, they’ll have admin access to your business manager. Until they accept the invite, you’ll see their user listed as pending.
