What happens if a customer posts pictures of my location on directories?
Logos, in-store pictures, storefronts, staff pictures, and product photos are an important and fundamental part of your listings.
We encourage you to add at least one image to each location, ideally one of the storefront so that customers can easily identify your business.
Some directories, like Google, will show pictures taken by your customers along with the pictures you have posted.
The publication of these images is a decision made by the directory that cannot be overwritten by our platform.
Should you desire to rearrange the way images of your location are shown in such directories, we advise you to contact the directory itself and request them to either remove or change the picture.
