    A Redesigned Location Profile: All Your Key Information, Made Simple

    We’ve revamped the Location Profile to make it easier to find and manage all the important information about your locations

    How to Access a Location Profile

    To view the details of a specific location:

    1. Go to the Location List.
    2. Click on the location you want to view.

    This will open the Location Overview.

    Location Overview

    The Location Overview is the first screen you’ll see when selecting a location. It provides a high-level snapshot of everything that matters most, so you can quickly understand the current state of your location and take action when needed.

    What You’ll Find in the Location Overview

    Location Details
    From this section, you can directly access the Location Profile to view and edit all fields in detail by clicking Edit Profile

    It also highlights the number of tasks, this indicate how many optional, essential, and required fields that are still empty, so you can get the most value out of your location. Missing fields will be clearly marked in the Location Profile with the corresponding badges [check location profile section for more details]

    Listings Connections
    Shows which directories your location is connected to. Click View to access detailed information about Listing.

    Location Performance Score
    Quick overview of your location’s overall visibility score, along with a breakdown of the individual components that contribute to it.

    Quick-Access 
    Widgets provide direct access to other areas of the platform such as Approvals, Suggestions,Collections Social, and Reviews. already pre-filtered for the selected location. Available widgets depend on your user permissions and product plan.

    Google Preview
    Preview how the location appears on Google Maps, based on the information you’ve entered. This helps you quickly assess completeness and accuracy from a customer’s perspective. 

    It is composed of:

    • Cover photo and uploaded images
    • Map with the pin location (Address)
    • Location sync status (Live or Draft)
    • Location name, primary category, and logo
    • Primary action link button
    • Short description
    • Address and opening hours
    • Attributes and services
       

    Important: Preview preview depends on the Location connected directories and the product plan.

    Actual appearance on Google may vary slightly from this preview.

     

    Data Cleansing Status
    Indicates the current status of data cleansing for the location and provides the option to correct the address if needed using the Fix address option.

     

    Location Profile

    From the first card in the Location Overview, click Edit Profile to access all information related to the location.

    The new Location Profile is organized into three main tabs, grouping all location information in a clear and structured way:

    1. Info
    2. Photos and Videos
    3. Internal Settings [ Business info, Custom fields, Labels, Contract]

    Within each tab, information is divided into sections in individual cards [such as Address, Category, Main Hours, Attributes,etc.]. Each section card displays a summary of the data entered for that section and indicates with a color badge whether there are incomplete fields — including:

    • Optional
    • Essential (recommended but not mandatory)
    • Mandatory (you cannot proceed without completing these fields)

    To view or edit a specific section, click on the corresponding card [such as Address, Category, Main Hours, Attributes]. and the fields will open in a slider on the right-hand side.

    When you are not actively editing a section, the Google Preview is displayed on the right-hand side.

     

    Info Tab

    From the Info tab, you can add and edit the following information:

    About

    Includes the Location name, internal identifiers, and Opening date.

    Important: Changing some of these fields may trigger Google’s re-verification process. You will be notified if the change you are making can initiate a re-verification, so you can decide whether to proceed.

     

    Address

    Once the Country, Street, ZIP/Postcode, and City/Suburb fields are completed:

    1. The system automatically geocodes the address.
    2. The map pin is placed at the resolved location.
    3. The Latitude and Longitude fields are autofilled based on the map position.

    Tips

    • You can manually drag the map pin to fine-tune the location. The latitude and longitude values update in real time.
    • If you manually edit the latitude or longitude fields, the map pin will reposition accordingly
    • The full address must be completed to activate the map and display coordinates.

    Important: Changing some of these fields may trigger Google’s re-verification process. You will be notified if the change you are making can initiate a re-verification, so you can decide whether to proceed.

     

    Business Category

    Set the primary and additional business categories to help users find your business more easily. 

    You can select 1 primary category and up to 9 secondary categories.

    Important: Changing the primary category may  trigger Google’s re-verification process and reset some category-dependent fields such as Attributes, More Hours, Opening Hours, Transaction Links, and Services.

     

    Location Status

    Define the operational status of your location:

    • Open
    • Temporarily Closed (for a specific period with defined hours)
    • Permanently Closed (for permanent closures)
    • Coming soon (Coming Soon (use this option when creating a new location with an opening date in the future. Learn more)

    Note: Once a location is marked as Permanently Closed, this status cannot be changed from the platform. Please contact Support if you need assistance.

    Main Hours

    Set your regular opening hours.

    • Mark each day as open or closed using the toggle.
    • Add a new time slot using + or remove one using –.
    • Use the clock icon to set a day as Open 24 hours.

    To apply the same hours to all days, configure one day and use the Copy icon to duplicate it across the week.

     

    Special Hours

    Use Special Hours to define short-term changes to your regular opening hours.

    • Select a single date or a date range.
    • Define the opening hours for that period.

    Use Add more special hours to add additional dates.

    Only currently active special hours are shown in this section. To review past special hours, click the Archive option located at the top of the section.

     

    More Hours

    Use More Hours to specify hours for specific services such as Delivery, Brunch, or Drive-through.

    • Select the service type by clicking on in and define the applicable days and hours en el que lo ofreces
    • Remove a service by clicking the X next to its name.

    Note: Available options depend on the primary category of your location.

     

    Contact Details

    Add contact information so customers can easily reach you:

    • Phone number (make sure the number follows the country-specific format)
    • Mobile number 
    • Email
    • Fax

    You can also enable Call Tracking or UTM Tracking by clicking the corresponding options and selecting the listings you want to track from the dropdown. Available options depend on the listings connected to the location. Learn more about tracking.

     

    Social Media

    Add your social media profiles.

    • Click Add social profile 
    • Select the social platform you want to add  
    • Enter the profile URL (make sure the URL follows the social media–specific format, e.g. https://www.instagram.com/username).
     

     

    Keywords

    Add keywords that represent your business and use them in your descriptions to boost visibility. This is a free-form text field.

    When writing your Business descriptions, a Keyword Score Tool will pop up and show the quality of your content based on how many of your keywords are being used. To learn more about this tool check Keywords and Keyword Score

     

     

    Short and Long Descriptions

    Write descriptions that explain what your business offers and what makes it unique.

    • Use the AI icon to improve or rewrite descriptions using AI. 
    • Use Adjust tone icon to select a different tone for your descriptions (e.g. formal, friendly, or professional)

    Attributes

    Attributes highlight what makes your business stand out.

    • Attributes are shown grouped by category.
    • Attributes availability depends on the primary category of your location.
    • Set attributes to Yes / No to shown then on your profile or leave them empty if you don’t want them displayed.
    • For attributes requiring a URL, a valid URL must be provided.

    Action Links

    Action Links are prominent buttons shown on profiles such as Google or Apple (e.g. Book now, Order online).

    • Availability depends on the directories connected to your location and its category.
    • Mark an action link as a favorite using the ⭐ to highlight it.
    • Add more links using Add URL option
    • Remove links using the – icon.

    Services

    Add the services you want to display on platforms like Google.

    • Structured services appear in a dropdown and depend depend on the primary category of the location at its country - keep in mind that Google doesn't offer structured services for all categories. 
    • You can also add Freeform services by typing them and pressing Enter.

    Payment Options

    Select the payment methods accepted at your business.

    • Set options to Yes / No to shown then on your profile or leave them empty if you don’t want them displayed.
    • You can create custom payment options. These are shared with all listings, but visibility on directories cannot be guaranteed.

     

    Brands

    Add the brands you offer to improve visibility in search results. This is a free-text field.

     

    Languages

    Select the languages spoken at your business.

     
     

     

     

    Photos and Videos Tab

    From the Photos and Videos tab, you can add and manage all media related to your location.

    Logos

    The same logo image is used across all connected directories.

    • Upload images by clicking Upload or using drag and drop.
    • You can crop the image before confirming the upload.
    • Once uploaded, a thumbnail is displayed. Click on the thumbnail to:
      • Reopen the image and crop it after upload using the eye icon
      • Delete it using the trash icon.

    Make sure the image meets the requirements shown at the time of upload.

     

    Covers

    Cover images can be uploaded per directory.

    • Upload images by clicking Upload or using drag and drop.
    • You can crop the image before confirming the upload.
    • Once uploaded, a thumbnail is displayed. Click on the thumbnail to:
      • Reopen the image and crop it after upload using the eye icon
      • Delete it using the trash icon.

    Ensure images comply with the requirements shown during upload.

     

    Photo Albums

    Photo album types (such as Exterior, Food & Drink, etc.) depend on the category of the location.

    • Upload images for each album type using Upload or drag and drop.
    • You can crop images before confirming the upload.
    • Once uploaded, a thumbnail is displayed.  Click on the thumbnail to:
      • Reorder photos using drag and drop.
      • Delete individual photos using the trash icon.
      • Edit the description and album using the eye icon. Note: These changes apply to all photos in the selected album not individual photos.

    You can also Download photos from each album type using the Download option.

     

    Videos

    • You can upload videos by clicking Upload or using drag and drop.
    • You can also add videos by entering a video URL.
      • URLs must link directly to a single video.
      • URLs to channels or user profiles are not supported. Note: Google does not currently accept YouTube video URLs.
    • Once a video is uploaded, a thumbnail is displayed.  Click on the thumbnail to:
      • Open the video to see a preview using the eye icon.
      • Delete individual videos using the trash icon.
     
     

     

    Internal Settings tab

    From the Internal Settings tab, you can add and manage all internal data related to your location. This information is not shared publicly.

    Access to this information depends on each user’s permissions.

     

    Business and Custom Fields

    Displays the business name, business ID, and any available Custom fields associated with the location.

    Note : Businesses information is read-only. To edit it, go to the Business section.

     

    Labels

    Add or edit labels assigned to the location.  Labels can be public or admin-only, depending on their configuration.

    • Public Labels: Any user with label-edit rights can create and manage these. Once created, they’re available to all users.
    • Admin-Only Labels: Only visible and manageable by Admin users. Admins can restrict visibility by marking a label as admin-only.

    Contract Status

    View and manage the contract status of the location.

    Active Contracts

    For active contracts, you can:

    • Cancel the contract immediately
      The contract status will change to Inactive. You will no longer be able to manage this location from the platform, but you can reactivate it later using the Renew Contract option.
    • Schedule the contract to cancel at the end of the contract period
      The contract status will change to Cancelled. You can to manage this location from the platform until the contract due date. You can revert it back to Active at any time before the contract end date using the Renew Contract option.

    Inactive Contracts

    For inactive contracts, you can:

    • If the contract can be Reactivated you will see the Renew Contract option. Click on it to ractive the contract.
    • If the contract is Inactive and the location is marked as Permanently Closed, the contract cannot be renewed from the platform. In this case, please contact Sales for assistance.

    Save and Publish updates

    Any changes you make in the Location Profile must be saved and published using the Publish Updates button.

    This button becomes active when there are changes available to save and/or publish, and it shows the number of pending changes.

    When you click Publish Updates, you will see three options:

    Save as Draft

    • Saves your changes without sending them to directories.
    • Auto Sync is turned off.
    • You will see a red toggle with the status Auto Sync off in both the location header and the Google Preview.

    To send these changes to listings later, you must use the Publish Now option.

     

    Publish Now

    • Saves and immediately sends your changes to all connected directories.
    • Auto Sync is turned on.
    • You will see a green toggle with the status Auto Sync on in both the location header and the Google Preview.

    Changes may take approximately 30 minutes to appear on directories.

     

    Turn Sync Off Without Changes

    If you need to stop syncing data without making any changes, you can do so via the spreadsheet.

     

    Schedule Updates

    Allows you to choose a future date and time for publishing your changes.

    Once scheduled, the updates will be automatically published at the configured time across all connected directories. No manual action is required.
