    Summary

The Campaign Subscriptions Calendar allows Admins (HQ) to create and distribute a centralized social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice while streamlining the social media workflow for everyone. Location Managers subscribe to the Campaigns which simplifies the process of building a social media calendar and keeping their social media activity consistent. This article includes a comprehensive view of the how the Campaign Subscription Calendar functions in the platform and what to expect of the feature.

    Key Benefits

    • Ensure Brand Consistency: Admins can create a single, unified social media content calendar for your entire organization.
    • Streamline Your Workflow: Automatically publish posts to multiple locations, saving time and effort for your local managers and franchisees.
    • Centralized Control: Admins retains full control over campaign creation and management, while local teams can easily subscribe to the content.

    User Roles

      Admin Users:

Only admin users can create and manage campaigns. You can find this new functionality by navigating to the Campaigns tab in the app.

    • Create and Edit Campaigns: Admins can define campaigns with a name, status, assigned locations, and a unique color to easily identify them on the calendar.
    • Associate Posts: You can now create new posts and associate them with an existing campaign.
    • Visibility: In the Campaigns tab, you will see the campaign name, status (active/inactive), number of posts, and how many locations they'll be published to.

      Location Managers (Multi-location and Single-location):

    • Campaign Visibility: You will see a list of available campaigns in the new Campaigns tab.
    • Subscription Logic: Local managers can easily subscribe their locations to a campaign using the "Manage Subscription" or "Subscribe" button. Once subscribed, all future-dated posts from that campaign will automatically publish to the location's social media accounts.

    Key Components

Campaign Tab: Admins can create and manage campaigns within this section. Location Managers use this section to subscribe to any relevant campaigns for their locations.

Social Publisher: Admins create posts that will be attributed to the Campaign Calendar.
