Connecting Instagram on Uberall

    This article describes the steps to connect your Instagram account on Uberall. Before you begin, make sure that you have completed the prerequisites.

     

    To get started, navigate to Accounts > Account Level Connections. Note: Only Uberall admins will have access to this page. 

    Connect Facebook

    The first step is to authenticate a Facebook user and initiate a business connection. This user should be an admin of the accounts. Once complete, the Facebook connection becomes the default connection for the entire business, and any newly created locations will be nested under the parent’s structure.

     

    The Uberall platform requires permissions in order to perform tasks required for establishing connections. So after clients log on Facebook via OAuth dialogue, Facebook asks them if they confirm that if they allow UB to access their Facebook accounts. 

     

     

    Connect Instagram

     

    Instagram uses Facebook accounts for connections, so whenever a FacebookAccount is created on Uberall, it can be used for setting up a Instagram connection.

    Click Connect

     

    Use your business login details

    Facebook will confirm your user

     

     

    Facebook will confirm your user

    You can select your Instagram account to link

      

     

    You will be asked for permissions needed for the Instagram feature, select all and press Done.

     

     


     

    Connection confirms as successful

     


     

    Instagram shows as connected
