    Grouping locations in Uberall allows you to filter them based on specific criteria such as region, country, city, business owner, and more. This helps in efficiently managing and organizing locations according to your needs.

    In this article, you'll learn how to:

    • Create new groups in Uberall
    • Edit existing groups in Uberall
    • Add user access to groups

    Creating a New Group

    1. Navigate to Org Settings.
    2. Click on Groups.
    3. Select New Group.
    4. Enter the desired Group Name.
    5. Click Choose Locations.
    6. In the location selection window, you can:
      • Filter locations by business or labels.
      • Search for specific locations using address details or the Location ID.
    7. Click the + symbol next to the location(s) you want to add.
    8. Click Select.
    9. Click Save Group.

    Editing an Existing Group

    1. Navigate to Org Settings.
    2. Click on Groups.
    3. Search for the group by entering the Group Name.
    4. Click Update to edit the group or Delete to remove it.
    5. In the location selection window, you can:
      • Add or remove locations.
      • Add users to access the group.
    6. To update locations:
      • Click Choose Location.
      • Click the + symbol to add a location.
      • Click the X symbol to remove a location.
    7. Click Select.
    8. Click Save Group.

    Adding User Access to a Group

    (Users can be added when creating a new group or updating an existing one.)

    1. Navigate to Org Settings.
    2. Click on Groups.
    3. Search for the group by entering the Group Name.
    4. Click Update.
    5. Click Add Users.
    6. Search for the user by entering their account email address for accurate results.
    7. Click the checkbox next to the user's name.
    8. Click Assign Users.
