What gets copied automatically What you’ll need to fill in manually How to duplicate a location From the Location List From the Location Profile Tip Frequently asked questions Who can use this feature? Can I publish the duplicated location straight away? Can I choose which fields to copy?

The Duplicate Location feature lets you create a new location based on an existing one. Instead of re-entering the same brand-level data for every new store or site, the system pre-fills a new draft with reusable information, so you only need to fill in what's unique to that location.

    What gets copied automatically

The following fields are pre-filled from the source location:

    Business name and country

    Category and website

Opening hours (including special hours and more hours)

    Content (keywords, descriptions, imprint, labels)

    Media (logos, cover photo, albums)

    Social media profiles

Attributes, payment options, brands, services, and languages

What you’ll need to fill in manually

The following fields must be entered for the new location before it can be saved:

    Location identifier

Address (street, ZIP, city) — required

    Location status — required

    Opening date

    Service areas

    Mobile phone

    Action links

Note: The location cannot be saved or published until all required fields are completed.

    How to duplicate a location

You can duplicate a location from two places:

    From the Location List

Go to Location Hub → Locations.

Find the location you want to use as a base.

Click the three-dot menu next to it.

    Select “Duplicate Location.”

Fill in the new location name

Choose which fields to copy across.

A draft location opens pre-filled with the selected data.

Complete all required fields, then click Save.

    From the Location Profile

Open the location you want to use as a base.

Click on the three dot menu at the right top corner and select Duplicate

The same duplication modal from the location hub page will open.

Fill in the new location name.

Choose which fields to copy across.

A draft location opens pre-filled with the selected data.

Complete all required fields, then click Save.

    Tip

When the draft opens, a banner at the top will remind you which location it was based on and which fields still need to be completed before saving.
