Why LinkedIn?

In today’s digital landscape, LinkedIn has become an essential platform for businesses looking to build credibility, expand their professional network, and showcase their expertise. 

With Uberall’s LinkedIn Connect & Posting feature, you can seamlessly integrate your LinkedIn presence directly into your location-based marketing strategy—maximizing impact with minimal effort.

Within an Uberall account, four user roles have the permission to link a LinkedIn business page:

• Admin
• Business Manager
• Account Manager
• Location Manager

Listing Level Connection + Location Posting

Below describes how to connect on a Listing level and post to your location. 

Steps to Connect LinkedIn to your Location

1. Log in to Uberall
   • Access your Uberall dashboard with an account that has one of the four permitted roles.
2. Navigate to the Listings page
   • For all users - In the main menu, go to Location Hub → Choose a location → select Listings
3. Select LinkedIn
   Find the LinkedIn Connect button tile and click Connect.
4. Authenticate with LinkedIn
   1. You will be redirected to LinkedIn’s authorization page.
   2. Sign in with the business account that manages the LinkedIn Page.
   3. Grant Uberall permission to post and manage your LinkedIn Page.
5. Link your Uberall location to your LinkedIn Business Page
   1. During LinkedIn authentication, Choose + link your LinkedIn Page 

If it not connected, you will see the option to Connect:

How to Post to LinkedIn Location Page

1. Navigate to Social
2. Create a Post
   1. Click on New Post
   2. Select the Posting On option as Linkedin.
   3. Select the Location you would like to post to.
3. Upload Media
4. Enter your Title and Description

1. Schedule your  Post
   1. Choose your desired publication Date and Time
   2. Click Submit

Business Level Connection + Brand Posting

Below describes how to connect on a business level and post to your brand. 

Steps to Connect Your LinkedIn Business Page

1. Log in to Uberall
   Access your Uberall dashboard with an account that has one of the four permitted roles.
2. Navigate to Connections
   1. For Admins - In the main menu, go to Location Hub → Businesses → Connections
   2. For all other users - In the main menu, go to Location Hub → Connections
3. Select LinkedIn
   Find the LinkedIn Connect & Posting tile and click Connect.
4. Authenticate with LinkedIn
   1. You will be redirected to LinkedIn’s authorization page.
   2. Sign in with the business account that manages the LinkedIn Page.
   3. Grant Uberall permission to post and manage your LinkedIn Page.
5. Link your Uberall Business to your LinkedIn Business Page
   1. From the businesses, select the specific Uberall business
   2. Click on Connect
   3. Choose + link your LinkedIn Page 

If no user is connected, you will see the option to Connect:

Once authenticated, you can connect a business to your LinkedIn page:

If you have more than 1 LinkedIn page in your account, you will need to choose 1:

How to Post to LinkedIn Brand Page

1. Navigate to Social
2. Create a Post
   1. Click on New Post
   2. Select the Posting On option as Linkedin.
   3. In the LinkedIn Company Pages dropdown select your desired page to post 

1. Upload Media
2. Enter your Title and Description

1. Schedule your  Post
   1. Choose your desired publication Date and Time
   2. Click Submit
