Required Data Enhanced Data Profile completeness score

Locations can only be created and successfully synced in certain directories depending on their data requirements.

We will qualify your Profile Completeness as incomplete if locations have any missing fields, regardless if they are synced or not.

In the Dashboard‍ you will be able to see the average completeness of your locations as a percentage as well as the number of locations requiring completion for each of the profile completeness levels: Required, Basic, Advanced and Bonus.

The Profile Completeness value refers to the data that our platform considers of highest relevance, in addition to the mandatory data fields, for a professional online representation of your business.

Take a look at the data requirements:

    Required Data

These fields are marked with a red star (*) and are mandatory to complete the "Required" profile completeness level:

    • Business Name
    • Store Identifier
    • Address (Street Number, Street Name, Zip Code, Country)
    • Phone Number
    • Categories

    Enhanced Data

These are fields that support your profile completeness rate, and although they are not mandatory, we highly recommend filling out as much as possible to improve your online presence. To jump to the next level of profile completeness, all fields of your current level need to be filled in. Here is the list:

    • "Basic" level:
      • Short Description
      • Long Description
      • Opening Hours
      • Photos
      • Attributes
    • "Advanced" level:
      • Keywords
      • Services
    • "Bonus" level:
      • Website
      • Email address

    Profile completeness score

    • “Basic” = 45% (opening hours, short OR long description, photos, Google attributes if available)
