Immediate changes
When saved, the selected location(s) are automatically marked as Permanently Closed across all connected directories.Scheduled changes
Once the scheduled date and time are reached, the location(s) will automatically be marked as Permanently Closed across all connected directories. No manual action is required.
Time Zone Considerations:
- Scheduled closures are applied based on the location’s timezone, not the user’s timezone.
Required Permissions:
To mark locations as closed, users need the following permissions:
- Location_Scheduled_Updates

For bulk actions, the Bulk_Edits permission is also required.
API Limitations:
- Scheduling updates is not currently available through the API. It is assumed the client can manage these updates directly from their side if using the API.
