    User Roles

      Admin Users:

    Only admin users can create and manage campaigns. You can find this new functionality by navigating to the Campaigns tab in the app.

    • Create and Edit Campaigns: Admins can define campaigns with a name, status, assigned locations, and a unique color to easily identify them on the calendar.
    • Associate Posts: You can now create new posts and associate them with an existing campaign.
    • Visibility: In the Campaigns tab, you will see the campaign name, status (active/inactive), number of posts, and how many locations they'll be published to.

      Location Managers (Multi-location and Single-location):

    • Campaign Visibility: You will see a list of available campaigns in the new Campaigns tab.
    • Subscription Logic: Local managers can easily subscribe their locations to a campaign using the "Manage Subscription" or "Subscribe" button. Once subscribed, all future-dated posts from that campaign will automatically publish to the location's social media accounts.

     

    Key Components

    Campaign Tab: Admins can create and manage campaigns within this section. Location Managers use this section to subscribe to any relevant campaigns for their locations.

    Social Publisher: Admins create posts that will be attributed to the Campaign Calendar. 

    Calendar View: Posts that are part of a campaign will be marked on your calendar with a small, color-coded circle matching the campaign's assigned color.
