Location Data Management Innovations
Duplicate Locations
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | Admins, Multi-Account Managers, Business Managers |
|
LPO Advantage | Influences the Visibility pillar by reducing time to setup a new location with more fields complete and ready to be published. |
We are introducing new workflow for creating location profiles with the capability of duplicating an existing location. Users adding a new location to the platform can use the new Duplicate feature from the location list page (or profile page) to copy the details of an existing location.
In doing so, users will no longer have to fill out repeat information for the newly added location (e.g., hours of operation, attributes, services, etc) while leaving out unique location details like the address. Try out this new workflow the next time you are adding a new location and see how much time you'll be saving!
Key Benefits ✨
- Create new locations with minimal effort by duplicating fields from an existing location.
- Expedites the time it takes to get a new location setup and published to the publishers that matter.

Getting Started
Navigate to the Location List page. Find a location that you'd like to duplicate and click on the menu button at the end of the location list table. Choose Duplicate from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, if you are on the Location Profile page, you can click on the three-dot menu at the top and select Duplicate.

This will launch the new Duplicate Location modal. First, choose if this new location will be added to an existing business or create an entirely new business within the platform. When choosing an existing business you will need to select which business it will be applied to. Give the location a name, you'll want this to match the signage of your physical location. Finally, decide which of the fields from the existing location you want to copy over into the new location.

You will be taken to the Location Profile page where you will need to fill in the remaining details of the location. For example, adding in the business address for the new location. The amount of new details you'll need to complete for the new location will vary depending on the following:
- The options you carried over from the existing location that was duplicated.
- Unique location details like location ID, address and phone number.
After completing all of the missing information click on “Create Location” to begin managing the location within Uberall.

And that's it! You'll have created a new location in the platform without having to start completely from scratch!
Bing France Directory Listing
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | All Users |
| | Regionality | France |
|
LPO Advantage | By connecting to Bing, locations are able to publish consist and accurate location data to a key publisher, promoting better visibility across search and in AI results. |
We are expanding our directory coverage in France by introducing a connection to Bing for locations based in France. By introducing Bing for French businesses, we are closing a key gap enabling businesses to ensure that they have accurate data in a key directory. This alleviates the manual work of managing location data directly in Bing and is part of our ongoing commitment to expanding our directory network - ensuring your business appears everywhere your customers are searching.
Key Benefits ✨
- Increased online presence for your French locations
- No setup required - it's already configured
- One more channel working to drive customers to your business
Homepage Innovations
Alerts & Notifications
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Coming June |
| | Users | All Users |
|
LPO Advantage | This contributes to your overall Location Performance Optimization Strategy. By ensuring that each location is connected to key directories like Facebook and Google, brands can manage their presence, increase their visibility, and drive more conversion for their locations. |
We are making it easier than ever to identify when there are connection issues with Google and Facebook. On the Homepage and through the platform, users will be able to immediately identify locations that are out of sync. These alerts will be visible as a banner at the top of the platform and on the main navigation bar. Missing connections lead to data inaccuracies which not only impact the customer experience but can also directly impact the location's revenue.
Key Benefits ✨
- Easily identify when locations have connections issues
- Immediately take action to resolve those connection issues using an all new alerts panel.
- Lean on UB-I to help you make the reconnection to Google or Facebook.
Getting Started
Alerts & Notifications are visible via a banner at the top of the platform (Directory Connection Issues) or by the new option on the main navigation called Alerts.
Clicking on either option launches the Alerts panel which displays all of the Facebook and Google connection issues for each location.
Hovering over one of the Alerts will provide you with the options to resolve the directory connection issue. You can either do it through the Facebook or Google Connection flows or have UB-I help guide you through the connection flow.
Using the UB-I option will open a chat with UB-I and automatically prompt UB-I for assistance with fixing the directory connection issue.
Mobile App Enhancements
Location Change Approvals
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Coming June |
| | Users | All Users with Select Provisioning (Approver vs. Contributor) |
|
LPO Advantage | This directly contributes to the Visibility pillar in LPO as it ensures that correct location data is updated on the listing removing the chance for errors as approvers are able to decide what gets published. |
Users can now approve location profile changes right within the mobile app for review, so updates get made faster without anything going live until an approver signs off — giving your customers the control they need to safely open the platform to more of their team.
- Customers can set users as contributors (changes need approval) or approvers (can approve and edit freely)
- Approvers can review, approve, or reject pending changes in bulk from one place

Platform Enhancements
Left-side Navigation Update
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Coming June |
| | Users | All Users |
|
LPO Advantage | While not a direct contribution to Location Performance Optimization, this update makes it easier to navigate the tools and settings with the platform that empower you and your SMBs to take action! |
The Uberall platform navigation is getting a refresh. Tools and features are reordered so the things users use the most are easier to reach. Need more screen space? Collapse the navigation with a single click — and expand it again whenever needed.
Settings like profile, org preferences, language, and support are now neatly tucked under the profile name, keeping the main navigation clean and focused.

Review Enhancements
Brand and Tone Guidelines
| | Activation | Advanced and Pro Packages or packages with Reviews |
| | Availability | Coming June |
| | Users | All Users |
|
LPO Advantage | This feature strengthens the Reputation pillar of Location Performance Optimization (LPO) by ensuring consistent, high-quality review engagement with customers. |
We are introducing Brand & Tone Guidelines for AI—a new way to take full control of your automated review interactions. Whether you want to sound "apologetic and formal" for a 2-star review or "excited and casual" for a 5-star shoutout, you can now bake those specific instructions directly into the AI-Suggestions and AI-Bulk Replies.
This update bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and local execution. Instead of manually editing every suggestion, you can set overarching rules that ensure every response feels human, authentic, and purposefully aligned with your brand.
Getting Started
Head over to the Reviews section of the platform to find a new “AI Settings” section in the sub-navigation. In the new section, you can Create New Guidelines. Businesses can choose to set up multiple guidelines for sets of locations.
