Listings Innovations
Located-In
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | All Users |
| | Resources | How to Use “Located-In” for Co-Located Locations |
|
LPO Advantage | This directly influences the Visibility Pillar. By explicting designating a location as "located-in," you are helping explain why it shares an address with another business. This is important to your location's visibility as without this designation AI and search may lose trust in your business and ultimately not consider your location when recommending businesses to consumers. |
We are excited to be releasing the new Located-In feature! Some businesses don't stand alone — they live inside other businesses. A pharmacy inside a supermarket. A coffee shop inside a mall. An EV charger inside a gas station. Google has a way to represent those relationships, and now Uberall does too. By representing a location as Located-In you are able to distinguish to search and AI the relationship between the two businesses and reducing confusion.
Key Benefits ✨
- Designate when a location resides within another business making it distinguishable for customers, search, and AI
- Easy management directly within the Uberall platform removing the need to update natively.
A few things to know:
- This field only appears when the location has a visible address and Google Listings enabled. If either is missing, the option won't show.
- A location can only have one parent.
- If you change a location's address manually, the "Located In" relationship will be cleared.

Getting Started
You can now set a "Located In" relationship directly in Location Hub. Set it, edit it, or remove it — and Uberall will handle the submission to Google Business Profile automatically.
- In the Address section of a location's profile, you'll find a new "Located In" field. From there:
- Choose a relationship type — either Department of (same brand, same building, different hours or contact) or Independent establishment in (different company, shared physical space).
- Search for the parent location by name, address, or place ID.
- Save. Uberall takes it from there.
New Flexible Facebook Connection Flow
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | Admins & Business Managers |
|
LPO Advantage | This has an impact on the Reputation pillar enabling users to quickly begin managing their reviews and improving their overall reputation score. |
We have revamped the Facebook (and Instagram) Business Level Connect flow to give users explicit control over their connection strategy. When initiating a connection, users can now choose between the following paths:
- Brand Page + Location Page Connections: The standard connection for brand page and associated location pages. This uses Facebook's parent-child structure to connect.
- New Single Page as Brand Page: Connect a Facebook page (without a parent page) and treat it as a brand page. This ensures that posts intended for the overarching brand are no longer incorrectly tagged as location posts using a location workaround.
- New Location Pages Connection: Introduces bulk connecting only location pages without needing to attach a primary Brand Page. Removing the need for manual, location-by-location connection for businesses who don't want to connect a brand page.

Getting Started
This new connection is an enhancement to the existing Business Level Connections in the platform.
- In the main navigation, head over to Businesses > Listings Connections.
- Locate Facebook connection and click on Manage Users
- Follow the prompts to add/authenticate a Facebook user who has access to the pages to connect.
- You will then be prompted by the new flow to choose which connection type you want to make:
-
Brand Level Connection (Choose an option):
- Brand Page + Location Connections: Select a brand page and connect location page (child) pages.
-
Single Page as Brand Page: Select a non-parent Facebook page as a standalone Brand page.
-
Location Level Connection: Bulk connect all location pages. This uses the address and store code to match Facebook pages to profiles in Uberall.
-
Brand Level Connection (Choose an option):
- Finalize the process by following the remaining on-screen prompts.

|
LPO Advantage | This has an impact on the Reputation pillar enabling users to quickly begin managing their reviews and improving their overall reputation score. |
We are introducing a major upgrade into how quickly reviews get pulled into the platform. This highly requested feature helps businesses get to work on improving their Location Performance Optimizations near moments from when they connect their Google, Facebook, or Instagram listings. With this enhancements reviews will be imported within seconds, bringing that down from a 24-48 hour SLA.
Reviews play a large role when it comes to being recommended and driving conversion. By reducing the time it takes to import reviews for a newly connected location, users are able to begin managing their reviews much quicker - reducing response times and increasing the response rate.

|
LPO Advantage | This feature strengthens the Reputation pillar of Location Performance Optimization (LPO) by ensuring consistent, high-quality review engagement with customers. |

Whether you want to sound "apologetic and formal" for a 2-star review or "excited and casual" for a 5-star shoutout, you can now bake those specific instructions directly into the AI-Suggestions and AI-Bulk Replies.
This update bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and local execution. Instead of manually editing every suggestion, you can set overarching rules that ensure every response feels human, authentic, and purposefully aligned with your brand.
Getting Started
Once this feature becomes available users can head over to the Reviews section of the platform to find a new AI Settings > AI Guidelines section in the sub-navigation. In the new section, you can Create New Guidelines. Businesses can choose to set up multiple guidelines for sets of locations.

The Uberall platform navigation is getting a small refresh. Tools and features are reordered so the things users utilize the most are easier to reach. Need more screen space? Collapse the navigation with a single click — and expand it again whenever needed. Settings like profile, org preferences, language, and support are now neatly tucked under the profile name, keeping the main navigation clean and focused.

Social Enhancements
Social Dashboard
| | Activation | Connect Package |
| | Availability | Coming Soon (Currently in Beta) |

With the performance view businesses are able to identify which posts have been the most successful through views and clicks directly from the Posts page. By using these details can make their winning posts repeatable across locations.

The new tile view provides better visibility into the content that is published or schedule. Making for quick at a glance view which can be useful when reviewing posts.

The Social Dashboard is currently in Beta and will be available for everyone soon!
Mobile App Enhancements

LPO Advantage | This directly contributes to the Visibility pillar in LPO as it ensures that correct location data is updated on the listing removing the chance for errors as approvers are able to decide what gets published. |
Users can now approve location profile changes right within the mobile app for review, so updates get made faster without anything going live until an approver signs off — giving your customers the control they need to safely open the platform to more of their team.
- Customers can set users as contributors (changes need approval) or approvers (can approve and edit freely)
- Approvers can review, approve, or reject pending changes in bulk from one place
