UB-I: Task Execution

UB-I just got a major upgrade, one that we know you'll love! With task execution UB-I is now more capable than ever. UB-I can take your conversations, understand the context and offer to make it actionable! More than just a dedicated AI feature, UB-I is a true assistant that can harness the power of Uberall's AI-capabilities across the platform and access all features in the platform to help users manage their location profiles - and soon reply to reviews or create social posts!

Here's what UB-I is capable of:

• Task Execution: Can complete an actions within the platform streamlining your workflow. Have UB-I update store hours, add a new description and more! 
• Intelligent Monitoring: Constantly scans listings, reviews, and local pages to detect gaps to help you fix issues.
• Intuitive Decision-Making: Understands your business goals and focuses on the actions that drive the most impact by orchestrating with network of AI  — so you spend less time on busywork.

UB-I can support you with the ability to

• Monitor your location performance
• Spot issues and patterns
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Prove Business Impact
• Provide guidance on how to use the platform
• Offer insight into profile optimization tips

Not only does UB-I support your prompt questions, but will also provide contextual suggestions throughout the platform that can help you to get started and make the most of the features available to you. More than just an assistant in the platform UB-I will be able to continuously monitor your location performance 24/7 so you can be assured that your profiles are the best that they can be. 

Getting Started

UB-I can be found throughout the platform. Users just need to do is click on the new AI button that is located at the top of each page. This will launch a new sidebar where you can engage with UB-I. Use any of the contextual suggestions to get started with UB-I or enter a prompt on what UB-I can assist with. 

Platform Innovations

Location Managers Create Location Managers

With this release, Location Managers will now be able to create other Location Managers within the platform. This is useful for stores that have additional employees helping out with any aspects of the platform (e.g., Listings Management, Social Posting, Review Management, etc). The option for Locations Managers to create new users will need to be enabled by an admin. After activation, Location Managers will have access to the User Rights section. 

What to know:

1. Location Managers can only create other Location Managers.
2. This feature is enabled on a user by user basis. 
3. Newly created Location Managers will inherit the same locations to manage as the original Location Manager. 
4. The Location Manager with the creator option can also delete other Location Managers only if they manage the exact same locations.
