Uberall's AI-Social Writer is an all new way to generate copy for your social posts! Often, users are tasked with creating new social content which can take up time and resources. Not sure what to post? Not sure if it's on brand? Our AI-Social Writer will turn your ideas into a social post copy while utilizing past post content to ensure that the message stays on brand. 

Once enabled, this feature will be available to all user types who are creating new social content. 

How to utilize the AI-Social Writer

1. Post Selections

Start by making selections to your post (Channel, Post Type, Locations, and upload an Image).

2. Launch AI-Social Writer

Click on the AI-Social Writer button beneath the description field to launch a new prompt field. 

3. Write Prompt

Users start by writing a prompt about the post they’d like to create.

4. Content Suggestion

The AI-Social Writer will provide a drafted Title & Description for the post. Users can choose to accept the draft or generate a new copy using the Regenerate option. 

(Optional) Adjust Tone 

Once a draft has been generated and accepted, users can also take advantage of the AI-Tone Adjuster to further fine tune the style of the message.

• Do I need previous posts in Uberall to use the AI social writer?
  • No, however if the user has previously created posts in Uberall then the AI social writer will use the content of the previous posts to stay consistent with your brand.
• Will the AI social writer continue to adapt as I create posts?
  • Yes, the AI social writer will continue to use your news posts to constantly be updating along with your brand voice.
• How can I activate this feature?
  • You must have the AI_SOCIAL_POSTING feature enabled on your product plan + the AI terms and conditions signed.
