    General Overview Create a Location Search and filters Sync  Column Overview

    The Locations page within the Location Hub offers several powerful tools to help you manage and monitor your location data effectively. Below are the most important features:

    General Overview

    Once you have at least one location added to the Location Hub, you'll see a summary table with key data points and status indicators for each location. View the Column Overview section for a detailed explanation of each column.

    You can customize this view by clicking "Personalize Table" in the top-right corner.

    Create a Location

    You can add locations in three ways:

    • Manually: Add one location at a time. Learn more here.
    • Import/Export: Add or update multiple locations simultaneously using Excel. Learn more here..
    • Import from Google: Quickly sync your existing locations from Google Business Profile.

    Search and filters

    The search bar and filters make it easy to find specific locations. You can search by Location name, Location Identifier or Address.

    You can also refine your location search by using these available filters:

    • Business: View locations associated with a specific business unit.
    • Groups: Filter by any predefined groups you have created. 
    • Location Status: Filter by active, paused, or archived locations.
    • Sync Status: Identify which locations are currently syncing or not.
    • Listing Connection Status: Check verification status for Google Business Profile and Facebook.
    • Advanced Filters: filter by Product Plan, Labels, Country, and State/Province.

    Sync 

    The "Sync" button, located at the top right of the page, triggers a manual sync for all selected locations. This action initiates the transmission of updated location data to the connected directories. 

    Please note:

    • The Sync button is only visible and clickable if Auto-Sync is turned off.
    • You must also select at least one location for the button to become active.

    Column Overview

    Column Title Details
    Location Displays the location name and address.
    Identifier A unique identifier assigned to the location.
    Action Required Highlights if any actions are needed to complete the profile or allow Uberall to manage data on a listing.
    Profile Completion Shows the completeness score of the location’s profile.
    Suggestions Indicates if there are pending suggestions for the profile.
    Last Sync Displays the most recent sync date for the location.
    Creation Date The date the location was first created in the platform.
    Expiration Date Indicates the end of the current subscription. If the location is active, it will automatically renew based on the product plan duration assigned to the business.
    Business The business unit the location belongs to.
    Product Plan The product plan configured for the associated business.
    Listings A summary of the listings associated with the location.
    Avg. Rating The average customer review rating for the location.
