Who receives Digest Emails?  Content of the Digest Email Setting the Email Frequency

Digest Emails are summary notifications that keep you informed about your locations' performance over a selected period—without needing to log into the platform regularly.

They are particularly useful for sharing location-related insights with individuals who may not have access to the platform (e.g., higher management or other departments) and serve as regular reminders to review your location status and inform strategic decisions.

    Who receives Digest Emails?

Digest Emails are only sent to users who them activated them in their settings. The content of the email is tailored based on the user type:

    • Location Managers receive emails focused on the performance of the specific locations they manage.
    • Account Managers receive broader overviews covering the performance of all locations within the businesses they oversee.

    Content of the Digest Email

Each Digest Email includes an overview of:

    • Profile Completeness
    • Listing Sync Status
    • Social Media Performance (e.g., Impressions and Clicks)
    • Suggestions / Next Best Actions for improving your location data
    • List of Directories where your locations are published
    • Average Rating
    • Latest Customer Reviews (a selected sample)

Note: The email will be sent in the language defined for the user under User Rights.

    Setting the Email Frequency

Digest Emails can be scheduled to be sent weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and are delivered on the first Tuesday of the selected frequency period.
