Steps to Request Access What Happens Next? Managing Verification Status

If your Google Business Profile has already been claimed by someone else, you can request access directly through our App. Follow the steps below to start the process.

    Steps to Request Access

    1. From the Location Hub, click on the location.
    2. Select the Listings tab.
    3. Next to Google, click Claim.
    4. The Google Connect Flow will open, follow the prompts, and fill out the Google Request Access Form.
      • We recommend requesting Ownership access to your listing.
    5. Complete the form and click Submit.

    What Happens Next?

    • Once submitted, the current owner can:
      • Accept your request,
      • Ignore it, or
      • Deny access.
    • If the request is denied or ignored, Google will give you the option to manually verify the location and gain access.
      • This option usually appears within 3 days of your initial request.

    Managing Verification Status

    • Continue to track your location’s status directly through the platform.
    • When Google makes manual verification available, the location will automatically move to the status “Verification required” in your account.
