    which uberall roles can use the mobile app?

    The app is open to all users, of all roles and permissions.

    The app will mirror all settings, permissions and access the web platform has, so expect a similar experience when moving from one platform to the other.

     
     

    How do I log in? What if I forgot my password or don't use one (SSO)?

    To log in, you use the same username and password as you do on the platform.

    You can change your password from the platform and then use that new one to login into the app, or reset it (even from within the app).

    If you use SSO (single sign-on), the app will detect you as an SSO user and prompt a new SSO login button:

     
     

    How do approval flow work with content created in the app?

    The app works with all existing approval flows, so for example, if a user creates a post or writes a review from within the app, it will go through the admin approval flows - just like a post created through the web platform.

     
     

    What do I do if I have a problem? or have some feedback?

    In some instances, the app will alert you that there is an issue and a “contact support” button will appear on screen.

    In case something is off or you want to offer some feedback, please reach out to support through our contact us button. The button is located at the bottom of the settings page, right above the logout button:
