UX/UI Improvements to Store Locator & Pages
Search Results Ordering

There’s now a new custom sorting option available that enables businesses to decide how the locations are sorted on the Store Locator. When a new custom field (titled: location_sorting_order) is enabled, businesses can set the priority of a location in the Store Locator list by assigning a numerical value. The smaller the number the higher the priority of the location, while larger number values will have reduced priority. The priority values can be set on each location profile or updated via the spreadsheet upload.
Locations that share the same priority number (e.g., two locations sharing the number 1 spot) will automatically be sorted alphabetically based on the location’s name or by proximity to the customer (when the location names are the same).
By default, the new sorting option will be labeled as “Recommended” sorting but can be customized using an open text field in the Locator + Pages editor. Priority, Featured, or Promoted are just some examples of alternative names that can be considered for the custom sorting label.

Our Self-Builder Locator and Pages are now more customizable than ever! We’ve made it easy to choose the look of the Locator and Pages from four (4) design styles: Original, Filled, Outlined, or Elevated. Each style offers varying customizable options that help make the design unique to your brands.

The Corner Style is a new setting that is only available on the Filled, Outlined, and Elevated page styles. Users will have the option to select Round or Square corners for elements on the page offering a modern or classic design. |

Last season we introduced direct messages into Uberall’s Mobile App and now, users can engage with social comments on the go as well! It’s the next step in making the app your one stop shop for managing all your local engagements just like the desktop app!
Visit the Inbox in your mobile app and you’ll now see three distinct tabs: Reviews, Messages, and Social. Each section curates your content to make it easy to manage. Use the search and filters to make it easy to find what you’re looking for!
Enhanced Location Data Management
Temporary Closed Status

We are excited to announce that we’ve made it much easier to change the status of a location to temporarily closed! Ensuring that you’ve updated your locations’ status on your profiles can reduce consumers from visiting your shop while it’s closed and leaving a negative review or social comment.
In your location’s basic profile data, you’ll find a refreshed status section that enables you to select from a variety of different location statuses. Click on the new “Change Status” button to see the list of available options. For open (active) locations, a new toggle option will enable you to set the location as Temporarily Closed. When enabled, you will be prompted to set a re-open date.
Temp Close on Store Locator & Local Pages

Temporary closures will also publish directly to your Local Pages. This means that all of your profiles and pages will be in-sync and communicate the same status to your customers.
Manage Location Status in Bulk and in Advance
Included in all packages or for customers with standalone Listings.

With new updates to the status options, we’ve also made sure you can make changes efficiently as well. We are introducing the option to update your location status using the Bulk Editor! With our Scheduled Updates features, you also have the peace of mind to schedule the status changes in advance!
Go to your locations and select the Bulk Editor from the Bulk Update dropdown menu. Select the locations that you want to make the updates and proceed to your basic profile data. Select the new status for the location and proceed to complete your updates.
Collections Filters
Included in all packages or for customers with standalone Listings.

We are improving the experience of Content Collections by introducing filters that can help you find the details of a collection you are looking for! Users will now be able to filter the list of Content Collections by account, location, and collection type. The Content Item tabs (menu, products, services, etc.) also offer the ability to filter by account and location. The filters make it easy to see which Collection types or Items are published to specific accounts and locations.
Analytics Innovations
Instagram Overview Report

We are introducing three new reports that provide performance metrics for marketers active on Instagram! The first of the three reports is the Instagram Overview. This report provides up to the date - lifetime data across selected Instagram accounts. Users can see follower counts, total account impressions, and reach numbers. High-level demographic data on followers is also available to help businesses better understand their audience. Using this information can be used to help build a social marketing strategy that resonates with the customer base and grow your Instagram profiles.
Instagram Insights Report

Like the Overview Report, the Instagram Insight Report provides users with data follower, impression and reach data - however, this report focuses on a user selected timeframe. The top-level data of the report includes information on new followers and account impressions. As users move down the report they will find graphs that providing trending data on their followers, reach, and impressions. Aligning this data with scheduled publications can be a great way for businesses to understand what may be generating more interest in the brand and with whom.
Instagram Post Report

This Instagram report focuses on the metrics related to publishing posts on Instagram! As you post content, you will be able to track which if your publications have more engagements, reactions, comments, reach and impressions. This can help you to decide your marketing strategy going forward by identifying what is resonating with your audiences.
Social Enhancements
Social Templates User Experience Improvements

As part of our continuous update with the new navigation experience, the Template Library receives improvements that will help users better navigate and locate templates. When managing multiple businesses it can be difficult to sort through a robust library mixed with templates across the different brands. Now, you can now filter the templates by ‘Account’ making it easier to find and manage your templates. A ‘Location’ filter is also available so that it's easier to identify the templates that are assigned to specific locations.
Support for Groups and Labels on Publisher Calendar

This update makes it easier to see published content by Location Groups or Labels in the Social Calendar. Using the filters, select a Group or Label that you want to see published content for and the Calendar will update to only show content for locations within the selected Group or Label. This makes it easier to ensure the status of your publications and plan your social content schedule accordingly!
Updated Publication Statuses

Users can now get better insight into the publication status of the locations you have opted-in for a social post. If you run into any issues publishing a social post that only affects a certain subset of locations, this will now be more visible in the publication status. This aims to make it easier to identify which locations may need troubleshooting. Select the post from the Calendar view and click on the View Details when the status is “Partially Published.”
You'll now see the full list of locations that Uberall was unable to publish to the selected directory. Uberall may attempt to resubmit the publication, however, additional troubleshooting may be required.

Users that are testing the Unified Inbox now have the capability to save their favorite filters, share them, and turn them into notifications that can help them stay on top of their customer engagements! This feature set is familiar with that of Feedback tab and will now be carried over closing an important gap that will help to make the transition to using the Unified Inbox easier.
Directory Parity

With this update we are closing the gap of missing directories/channels in the Unified Inbox by now offering parity with the Feedback tab. This will provide a more cohesive experience with what users know today and make the switch to the Unified Inbox more seamless.

TrustPilot has upgraded their connection flow which required Uberall to also make updates to how we connect to TrustPilot. Because of these changes there is a requirement to reconnect the TrustPilot account in Uberall. If you are connected to TrustPilot to see reviews in the Uberall platform - please take a moment to visit the Listings page (under your locations) to disconnect and reconnect your account.
Messages Enhancements
User Rights Management

New permission selections in the User Rights section are now available for Messages. These are new user configurable items that allow administrators of the account to decide if a user has access to create new Messages configurations and Contact Forms as well as decide if a user can respond to messages and manage contact forms.
