This will launch a new sidebar where you can engage with UB-I. Use any of the contextual suggestions to get started with UB-I or enter a prompt on what UB-I can assist with.

    Now publish to LinkedIn directly from Uberall. Build credibility, promote openings, and engage audiences with ease. Businesses can publish posts to their brand pages on LinkedIn using our publisher! By adding LinkedIn as a channel, brands can further expand their brand credibility through regular posts, promote job listings, and reach potential customers. 

     

     

    Getting Started

    Businesses will need to connect their LinkedIn profile in the Location Hub’s Business Connection. Once connected, the LinkedIn channel will be available for selection when publishing new social content. Users can also take advantage of the recently released AI-Social Writer and AI-Tone Adjuster to help you craft the perfect post!

    We're excited to announce a significant update to the Suggestions feature, designed to help you maintain more complete and accurate profiles with unprecedented ease. This release introduces a streamlined interface, powerful bulk action capabilities, and enhanced clarity on suggestion statuses. See what’s changed and how it makes profile updates faster and easier.

    • Eliminates tedious location-by-location navigation

    With the new Suggestions interface, you can now view all suggestions in a unified dashboard, sort by location or suggestion type, and apply bulk actions across multiple locations simultaneously. You can quickly identify high-impact suggestions (like missing business hours or photos) and implement them across relevant locations with just a few clicks, dramatically improving your profile completeness and online presence.

    The mobile app now supports social templates that exist within the desktop app, that operationalizes and streamlines the ability to publish to social on mobile. The mobile app is now also semi-whitelabel, enabling resellers to deploy a mobile app with location management capabilities under generic branding,  maintaining Uberall's core functionality.

    Ensure your store locator and pages are more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for all users, including those with disabilities. 

    • Mitigate potential legal consequences as a result of not meeting compliance requirements

    Uberall is now compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 standards. Our updates ensure that your Locator and Local Pages provide a better experience for all users and help your brand meet new digital accessibility requirements, particularly in the European Union.

     

    SMS Field Supports Numerical Inputs

    The Google Business Profile attribute to publish to your profile was released in 2024 with the Whatsapp attribute. The input value for this to Google is a URL. We have converted this field in order to support numerical phone number values. 

    • Add a phone number to your profile in order to add a new CTA to your listings
    • The ‘TEXT’ CTA will show on your profile on mobile maps and search

    Giving searchers more options to contact you as they prefer can increase the number of potential customers and bookings you receive.

    You can now append UTM parameters to select Flexible Action Links in your Apple Maps listings—helping you better track referral traffic and campaign impact.  

    What’s new? 

    Flexible Action Links now support Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters. These allow businesses to track engagement from Apple Maps directly in their web analytics tools, giving better visibility into which campaigns or channels are driving conversions.  

    Supported parameters:  

    • utm_source  utm_medium  
    • utm_campaign  utm_term  
    • utm_content  

    Example: To track a seasonal promotion, you might use: ?utm_source=apple_maps&utm_campaign=summer_promo  

    UTM parameters must comply with Apple’s privacy guidelines. Tokens, GCLID values, login trackers, lead gen phone numbers, and other identifiers are not permitted.  

    Where can you use them? 

    UTMs are only allowed in the first URL field for the following Flexible Action Link types:  

    • View Careers  
    • View Menu  
    • Order Delivery  
    • Order Pickup  
    • View Parking  
    • Buy Gift Card  
    • Shop Online  
    • View Pricing 

    🚫 UTM parameters are not allowed in App Store URL fields or the main website field.  

    This update enables deeper campaign tracking from Apple Maps while maintaining Apple’s commitment to user privacy.

     

    Streamlined Onboarding for Apple Business Connect

    We’re excited to announce a faster, simpler way to onboard clients to Apple Business Connect (ABC)!

    What’s new? 

    We’ve partnered with Apple to introduce a bi-weekly invitation process that dramatically reduces friction for new customers joining ABC. 

    Why it matters 

    Brands invited through this new process will benefit from:  

    ✅ No Document Verification – Clients can skip the standard verification process.  

    🔢 No DUNS Number Required – Eliminating the need for a DUNS number simplifies onboarding even further.  

    ⚡ Faster Setup – The entire registration process is streamlined, allowing your locations to get up and running on ABC quicker than ever.

    What You Can Expect 

    📩 A Direct Invitation from Apple You’ll receive a personalized email from Apple inviting you to register for Apple Business Connect (ABC).  

    ⚙️ A Simplified Registration Experience The invitation allows you to skip the usual documentation and DUNS number requirements, saving you time and effort.  

    🔗 Easy Integration with Uberall Once you’ve completed registration, connecting your ABC account to the Uberall platform is quick and straightforward.  

    What We’ll Take Care Of 

    We coordinate everything directly with Apple on your behalf, including adding your business to the bi-weekly submission list. All we ask is that your email address is linked to an Apple ID so the process runs smoothly.  

    Tips to Get Started 

    ✅ Use an Apple ID Email: Make sure the email you share with us is already connected to an Apple ID.  

    ⏳ Check Your Inbox: Expect your Apple invitation within 1–2 business days after we submit your details.
