How do I access UB-I?
Accessing UB-I is incredibly easy. You'll find the distinctive "AI" button conveniently located in the upper right corner of every page within the Uberall platform.

What can UB-I help me with?
UB-I is designed to enhance your experience by providing three key types of assistance:
Get Contextual Support Tailored to Your Needs: UB-I is smart and understands what you're doing within the platform.
Example: Navigate to your "Location Hub," click the AI button, and you might see suggestions like "Ensure location data integrity" or "Connect to more directories."
Find Quick Answers to "How-To" Questions: Forget sifting through documentation! UB-I has access to our extensive knowledge base and can quickly provide instructions on how to use various tools and features within the platform.
Example: Open the UB-I sidepanel and type a question like "How do I add a new location?" or "How can I respond to reviews?"
Get Direct Insights and Verify Your Location Data: UB-I can now access your Listings and Location data to provide direct answers and detailed insights, especially useful for managing many locations. This helps you quickly verify information or understand issues without manual checking.
Example 1 (Data Verification): Ask, "Are all my locations set to open at 9 am on Saturdays?" UB-I can retrieve this data and reply, "Yes, all locations are set up to open at 9 am on Saturdays" or "No, locations X, Y, and Z are set up to open at 10 am on Saturdays."
Example 2 (Issue Identification): If your location isn't syncing properly, you can ask, "Why is my location X not syncing properly?" Instead of just instructions, UB-I can check the situation itself and reply with the cause, such as, "Location X is missing required information about the locations, which is why syncing is unable to be performed."
Troubleshoot Simple Issues with Ease: Encountering a minor hiccup? Before reaching out to support, see if UB-I can help you resolve common issues quickly.
Example: In the UB-I sidepanel, describe a simple issue like "Why is my listing not showing online?" or "What does 'action required' mean?"
How does UB-I learn and get smarter?
UB-I is continuously learning and evolving to become an even more valuable asset to your daily tasks within the Uberall platform.
How do I start a new conversation with UB-I?
To clear the current conversation and start fresh, look for a “Restart Conversation” button at the top of the UB-I sidepanel. Clicking this will clear the chat history, allowing you to begin a new inquiry.
Can UB-I generate images?
No, UB-I is designed to provide text-based support, insights, and information to assist you with the Uberall platform. It does not generate images (yet).
Does UB-I use my personal data?
UB-I operates within the Uberall platform to provide assistance related to your use of our SaaS products, in which case it does not access any of your location data. If you're asking questions about your locations or listings specifically, UB-I will retrieve only the relevant data for the query. It does not have access to any of your personal information, and it does not use information for training AI models.
Can I give feedback on UB-I?
Yes, we encourage you to provide feedback! Your input is invaluable as we continuously learn and evolve UB-I to better serve your needs.
