Listings Enhancements
Listings Clarity: Status & Sync Transparency
| | Activation | Available for Listings Subscribers |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | All Users |
|
LPO Advantage | Strengthens the Visibility pillar by removing listing data ambiguity, giving teams total confidence and operational clarity over their core presence engine. |
We’ve overhauled the Listings + Connections page to give you complete visibility into your location data updates. By replacing generic status labels with actionable insights and turnaround expectations, you can now easily track where your listings stand and know exactly when your input is needed. This update clears out that friction—providing clear, accurate statuses, surfacing active background attempts, and making it obvious when a setting needs your attention.
What's New ✨
- Real-time Sync & Submission Resolution: Successful directory submissions now transition smoothly into Synced or Submitted rather than lingering in an "Updating" status.
- Transparent Attempt Timestamps: For listings undergoing active background pushes, you’ll now see a relative timestamp of our most recent update attempt (e.g., *"Last attempt: 2 hours ago"*), confirming that the system is actively working to sync your data.
- Clear Expectations: Certain directories take longer to process changes than others. You can now view estimated turnaround windows directly on the page (e.g., Bing: ~14 days) so you know when changes will go live.
- Auto-Sync Status Banners: When auto-sync is paused, a dedicated banner will display your last sync date without displaying misleading "In Progress" messages. Re-enabling sync is just one click away.
- Unstarted Sync States: Fresh locations that haven't kicked off an initial sync now display an empty state with a direct button to start syncing.
