Getting Started
UB-I can be found throughout the platform. Users just need to do is click on the new AI button that is located at the top of each page. This will launch a new sidebar where you can engage with UB-I. Use any of the contextual suggestions to get started with UB-I or enter a prompt on what UB-I can assist with.

The Mobile App gets a major refresh! We've completely redesigned the Mobile App's visuals and navigation to provide an overall better user experience on the go. We've also included the Homepage from the desktop app meaning you'll always be able to keep track of your Location Performance Score (LPS). In doing so, you are able to focus on what matters most anywhere that you are!
What's New:
- Revised Navigation - The primary navigation have been moved to an expandable menu for a cohesive experience with the desktop app while providing greater visibility of the content on the page.
- Homepage with LPS - a simplified Homepage complete with the Location Performance Score helping you to be more actionable and driving more revenue for your business.
- New Design - A refreshed look that improves the app's experience and readability by creating more space and defining sections in to separate tiles.

Getting Started
The Local Search (Mobile App) is available for Android and iOS. Start by downloading from their respective app stores. If you already have the app you may need to update the app from the app store. Once installed, use your platform login to access the Local Search Mobile App. As a reminder, the Local Search mobile app will retain any whitelabeling once the user has logged in.

For the users that are on the go, we are powering up the Mobile App by adding UB-I giving you the same capabilities that you'd find on the desktop app. This gives users the ability to tap into a true agentic assistant that is trained on improving location performance and completing tasks, saving the most valuable asset for Location Managers - time.

Expanding on the LinkedIn capabilities in previous releases, we are adding the functionality to connect LinkedIn at the local level. This unlocks the ability for each location to connect their unique LinkedIn pages and publish new social content. This provides more flexibility for connecting LinkedIn by allowing Location Managers to also promote their locations and boost engagement!

Getting Started
Each location will need to connect their respective LinkedIn page using the authentication flow. Start by navigating to a location, then to Listings to view the connections. A new option for LinkedIn will be available.

Sharing reviews on your social pages is a great way to drive conversions. By sharing a review you are both showcasing the proven value of your business as perceived by customers and may be simultaneously encouraging more reviews! With this release, we are making it much easier by simplifying the workflow to turn a review into a Social post with a click of a button!

Getting Started
Navigate to the Inbox in the Reviews section of the platform. Locate a review that you would like to turn into a social post. On the main review card you'll find a Share to Social button. Clicking this button will launch the social publisher.

We are improving on the ability to import locations via Google Location Import. With this update we have increased the capacity of importing location supporting thousands of locations at a time. Additionally, we are allowing the feature to be used as needed. This means that users will be able to utilize the Google Location Import function beyond just the implementation cycle.
By enhancing these capabilities, the Google Location Import allows partners and SMBs to add locations at scale all while actively connecting the locations to their respective Google Business Profiles in one simplified flow.

Head over to the Location Hub and click on the Add Locations button:

Building on the previous release of the redesigned Sentiment Analysis report, we are introducing a completely revised Theme view. With this view, users will be able to track the sentiment reviews categorized into themes and see their corresponding reviews. Utilizing this information can help businesses to quickly understand their greatest areas of opportunity and make a difference in their customer experience.

Getting Started
Navigate to the Analytics section of the platform. Locate the Sentiment Analysis report and select the newly Theme tab. Select the theme that you'd like to understand performance on. Use the sorting functions to make it easier to find the review details you are looking for.

We are redesigning the look and frequency of the Digest email! In this update, we improve the visuals to provide a more modern design, enhance the user experience and provide more timely-actionable insights. With the redesign. The Weekly Digest provides quick, digestible summaries of key metrics and LPO progress, reducing the need for extensive manual platform navigation. Whitelabel customers will receive a fully whiltelabled version of the email

Getting Started
Enrolling in the Weekly Digest Email is easy! Head over to your User Settings under the My Profile section of the platform. Scroll down to the bottom to the E-Mail Notifications. Toggle the Activation switch for the Digest email and set your frequency (i.e., Weekly). That's it. Don't forget to save your changes!

Empower Location Managers

With this release, Location Managers will now be able to create other Location Managers within the platform. This is useful for SMBs that have additional employees helping out with any aspects of the platform (e.g., Listings Management, Social Posting, Review Management, etc). The option for Locations Managers to create new users will need to be enabled by an admin. After activation, Location Managers will have access to the User Rights section.
What to know:
- Location Managers can only create other Location Managers.
- This feature is enabled on a user by user basis.
- Newly created Location Managers will inherit the same locations to manage as the original Location Manager.
- The Location Manager with the creator option can also delete other Location Managers only if they manage the exact same locations.

As part of our ongoing platform cleanup, we'll soon begin removing deprecated or unused feature values within both Product Plans and User accounts. This initiative is designed to simplify setup, reduce clutter, and ensure the platform remains easy to maintain. These removals have no impact on customers and partners — if any of the deprecated items still appear in API calls, they will simply be ignored. The rollout will take place gradually across Q4 and potentially into Q1. Only permissions that are no longer needed or already included in standard products are being removed.
