    Information to Include in Your Request

    1. Uberall Location ID

    • Whenever you refer to specific locations, please include the Location ID
    • You can find this in the URL of the location when viewing the Location Profile

    Example:
    https://uberall.com/en/app/uberall/locationEdit/1135553/basic-data

    In this case, the Location ID is: 1135553

    2. Brief Description of the Problem or Question

    • Is the issue related to a specific directory?
    • Does it concern particular fields (e.g., address, phone number, category)?

    The more details you provide, the faster we can help!

    3. Screenshots or Short Videos (if possible)

    Visuals help our team reproduce bugs or errors and speed up troubleshooting.

    Troubleshooting FAQ

    Where can I find my Location ID?

    The Location ID appears in the URL when you open a location in the platform. Example:
    https://uberall.com/en/app/uberall/locationEdit/1135553/basic-data → ID = 1135553

    What if I can’t provide screenshots?

    If screenshots or videos are not possible, please provide detailed written steps to reproduce the issue.

    What if my request concerns multiple locations?

    List all relevant Location IDs in your email so we can review them together.
