Action Required
Action Required highlights actions that need your attention.
Please note that not all pending actions will be flagged as Action Required—only those with a high impact on your location’s visibility or publishing.
Where are Action Required shown?
Required actions are displayed in the Action Required column in the Location Hub.
For each location, you can see:
- Whether it has required actions
- The number of actions that need attention
What actions are included in Action Required?
There are currently 5 types of required actions.
Clicking on any action will take you to the relevant section where you can provide or correct the required information.
Sync issues
- Sync needed
Synchronization (Sync) is the process of submitting your location data to publishing partners.
Sync needed means the location has pending changes that have not yet been synchronized. If Auto Sync is turned off, any changes you make must be synced in order to be published.
Until the Sync is completed, the latest updates will not be reflected in the listings.
How to resolve:
- From the Location Hub: Select one or multiple locations and click Sync now to synchronize them in bulk.
- From the Location Profile: Sync an individual location directly.

2. Incorrect address
The entered address could not be located, review and correct it to ensure accurate geocoding and finish creating or updating the location.
3. Missing mandatory information
Required fields, such as Phone number or Location category, are missing and must be completed to finish creating or updating the location.
Listing connection issues
4. Google connection is pending
The connection to Google is still pending and must be completed to publish the listing.
5. Facebook connection is pending
The connection to Facebook is still pending and requires action to finalize setup.
