Review Innovations
Brand and Tone Guidelines for AI
| | Activation | Reviews Plus |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | All Users |
|
LPO Advantage | This feature strengthens the Reputation pillar of Location Performance Optimization (LPO) by ensuring consistent, high-quality review engagement with customers. |
We are introducing Brand & Tone Guidelines for AI—a new way to take full control of your automated review interactions. Whether you want to sound "apologetic and formal" for a 2-star review or "excited and casual" for a 5-star shoutout, you can now bake those specific instructions directly into the AI-Suggestions and AI-Bulk Replies.
This update bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and local execution. Instead of manually editing every suggestion, you can set overarching rules that ensure every response feels human, authentic, and purposefully aligned with your brand.
Getting Started
Head over to the Reviews section of the platform to find a new “AI Settings” section in the sub-navigation. In the new section, you can Create New Guidelines. Businesses can choose to set up multiple guidelines for sets of locations.

LPO Advantage | By integrating Google Top Keywords and Average Review Response Time, we are closing high-demand data gaps that allow you to move from general monitoring to strategic optimization. These metrics empower you to prove the value of your local SEO efforts (Visibility) and identify operational bottlenecks in customer engagement (Reputation), turning the Dashboard into a comprehensive layer for cross-functional reporting |
We have introduced two highly requested metrics directly into the main Dashboard to provide a more complete picture of your location performance without needing to dive into Advanced Analytics.
Google Top Keywords Widget:
-
Located under the Visibility tab, this widget displays your Top 10 keywords as a bar chart
. -
It tracks total impressions per keyword for your selected time period, allowing you to see exactly what terms are driving customers to your listings
. -
Includes a "View All Keywords" deep link for users with access to Advanced Analytics to explore their full data set
.

Average Review Response Time:
-
Now displayed inline within the Reviews section
. -
This metric measures the average time it takes to respond to text-only reviews, formatted clearly in Days, Hours, and Minutes
. - Helps brands set and monitor response SLAs to improve local reputation and customer satisfaction.

Getting Started
Navigate to your Dashboard. You will find the Top Keywords widget under the Visibility tab and the Average Response Time metric inside the Reviews widget

The GBP "Menu" image limit has been officially increased from 80 to 200 images per location.
-
Showcase Full Menus: No more manual prioritization; display every dish from appetizers to desserts.

Include Seasonal Items: Easily add seasonal or temporary specials without having to remove core menu items.

Duplicate Locations
| | Activation | All Packages |
| | Availability | Available Now |
| | Users | All Users |
|
LPO Advantage | Influences the Visibility pillar by reducing time to setup a new location with more fields complete and ready to be published. |
We are introducing new workflow for building out location profiles with the capability of duplicating a location. Users adding a new location to the Uberall platform can use the new Duplicate feature from the location list page to copy the details of an existing location. In doing so, users will no longer have to fill out repeat information for the newly added location (e.g., Name, hours of operation, attributes, etc) while leaving out unique location details like the address. Try out this new workflow the next time you are adding a new location and see how much time you'll be saving.

Getting Started
Navigate to the Location List page. Find a location that you'd like to duplicate and click on the menu button at the end of the location list table. Choose Duplicate from the dropdown menu. This will launch a modal that will let you decide which data fields that you want to include in the duplicate.

Finally, you wil lbe taken to the profile where you an fill in the remaining details of the location.
