If you missed the announcement previously, you'll be excited to know that UB-I can do more than ever! UB-I is a true assistant that can harness the power of Uberall's AI-capabilities across the platform and access all features in the platform to help users manage their location profiles, reply to reviews, and create social posts! With task execution UB-I can take your conversations, understand the context and orchestrate completion of the task!

Local Search Mobile App Enhancements

UB-I on Mobile App

UB-I is now available on the Mobile App (Local Search)! This means you have a powerful AI assistant trained on Location Performance Optimization available with you, wherever you go! In this first iteration, UB-I for mobile can help support you in answering questions about your business & locations, explain how to utilize features to accomplish tasks in the mobile app, and provide general support for troubleshooting. 

Getting Started

Download and open the Local Search mobile app. UB-I is always available to you at the top of right-side of the app. Tap the UB-I icon to launch a chat with UB-I. 

UB-I Voice Control

UB-I releasing on the mobile app comes with an additional feature, you can now interact with UB-I via voice prompts. Using voice prompts can save you time. Currently, UB-I supports voice-to-text engagement, meaning that all answers will be provided in a text format. 

Getting Started

Start by launching a chat with UB-I in the mobile app. In the text field, there is a microphone option. Tapping the microphone option will launch the voice prompt where you can ask UB-I for assistance. 

Social Enhancements

Calendar Preview for Non-Subscribed Campaign Posts

Last September, we released the Campaign Calendar Subscriptions feature. This provided corporate teams with the capability of building out a social post calendar that local marketers and franchisees could subscribe to. In doing so, location managers could easily fill their local social pages with high-quality, brand approved content keeping their pages fresh and improving engagement. 

In this iteration we are improving the functionality by giving preview capability to Campaign posts for the users that are not subscribed to the campaign. By giving this visibility, any user can easily see the type of quality content that is being published regularly and better determine if they want to subscribe their locations to the campaign. 

Getting Started

Admins will need to set up a Campaign with scheduled posts. Once a campaign is configured, users will be able to visit the Social Calendar page

Reviews Enhancements

Learning From Past Replies 

We are enhancing the capabilities of our AI helping you to streamline your workflow when replying to reviews! With this release, the AI suggested replies will now be able to capture how you respond to reviews and provide better recommendations, ones that will require less modification!

The AI will learn from a few key areas to ensure that it is able to shape recommendations to match your tone and style. First, our AI will pull from your previous reviews and how you replied to them. Utilizing your manual drafts will help to understand your tone of voice and how you respond to reviews. Additionally, the AI will utilize responses in the Response LIbrary and Automated Review Responses. Utilizing this information, the AI can stay on brand matching a similiar voicing. 

Getting Started

Users on the Reviews Plus Package can utilize the AI-Suggested Replies and the AI-Bulk Replies features. These features will automatically learning to ensure that the suggested drafts that are provided match your tone and style.
