Metrics cards of Insights (Homepage)

The data cards of the Insights module (or platform Home page) provide a simple and high-level overview of the crucial performance metrics across the 3 pillars: Get Found, Be Chosen and Drive Loyalty. 

Metrics are shown according to the product modules in a customer's package - therefore not all customers see the same data. Below is an exhaustive list.


Online Presence

Number of locations that set up (connected and verified) profiles on Google and Facebook out of the total number of locations. Number of listings synchronised and being updated on online platforms out of the total number of listings for the location.

Local Search Rank for discovery search

Share of locations that appear resp. on the first page and in the top 3 results when performing a geolocalised search in Google using the location primary business category. Discovery search queries

  • Total conversion rate on Google (number of phone calls, website clicks and direction requests on the location's Google profile over number of profile views).
  • Comparison: the difference (in %) between the location's and the local competitors' conversion rate.
