Profile suggestions help keep your online profiles complete and accurate by highlighting areas that need updates. This article will walk you through how to access and manage these suggestions, ensuring your business information is always current.

Accessing Profile Suggestions

You can access profile suggestions in two main ways:

• Location Hub: The main Suggestions dashboard shows all suggestions for all of your locations in a single view. You can sort these suggestions by Location, Business(es), or Listings.
• Location Profile: To see suggestions for a specific location, navigate to Location Hub > Location Profile > Profile Suggestions. Note that you cannot filter by listing in this view.

A helpful banner is always visible in the Suggestions section, explaining what suggestions are and how to interact with them, even if there are no suggestions pending. If your profile is fully up-to-date, a notice will state that no suggestions are available for that location.

Structure of the Profile Suggestions Tab

When you view suggestions for multiple locations, each location has its own table for accepting or rejecting suggestions. Here is a breakdown of the table columns and features:

• Location Name and Address: The specific location being reviewed.
• Field: The data field that has a profile suggestion (e.g., website, opening hours, photos).
• Profile: The data that is currently in your Uberall profile.
• Suggestions: The suggested data and the directory it was found on. Hover your cursor over the directory icon to see a tooltip with more context.
• Accept: Use this button to accept the suggested data.
• Reject: Use this button to reject the suggested data.
• Confirm: This button confirms your acceptance or rejection of the suggestions.

Managing Photo Suggestions

If you choose to accept photo suggestions, you can select which photos you want to import into your location's profile.

• Click on any photo for a full-screen preview.
• Select the photos you want to accept by clicking the check mark. A text overlay will appear, indicating how many photos you have selected.
• If there are more than 12 photos to review, a Load More option will be available.

Applying Bulk Actions

To save time, you can manage multiple suggestions at once.

• Per location: If you have multiple suggestions for a single location, you can click Accept All or Reject All to apply your choice to every suggestion for that location.
• Across all locations: To reject suggestions for all your locations you can Reject All Locations to discard all of them.

Confirming Changes

Before any bulk action is applied, a confirmation window will appear to prevent unintended updates.

• Location-Level: This window will show you a list of the accepted or rejected suggestions for a single location. Select Confirm to proceed or Cancel to go back.
• Reject All Locations: This confirmation window will ask if you are sure you want to reject updates for all locations, and it will show you the total number of affected locations. Select Reject all updates or Cancel.
