We are introducing Uberall’s all-new AI Assistant; UB-I (Uberall Intelligence)! UB-I is your assistant, analyst and coach all-in-one. With Location Performance Optimization focus at the heart of UB-I, your new assistant can:
- Monitor your location performance
- Spot issues and patterns
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Prove Business Impact
- Provide guidance on how to use the platform
- Offer insight into profile optimization tips
Not only does UB-I support your prompt questions, but will also provide contextual suggestions throughout the platform that can help you to get started and make the most of the features available to you. More than just an assistant in the platform UB-I will be able to continuously monitor your location performance 24/7 so you can be assured that your profiles are the best that they can be.

Getting Started
We are currently offering UB-I as a beta. Once enrolled UB-I can be found throughout the platform. Users just need to do is click on the new AI button that is located at the top of each page. This will launch a new sidebar where you can engage with UB-I. Use any of the contextual suggestions to get started with UB-I or enter a prompt on what UB-I can assist with.

In this release, we are continuing our AI development in the platform by adding the capability of using AI to help draft short and long profile descriptions! Business descriptions are foundational to a well optimized listing as it helps customers and search engines learn more about the business. Oftentimes businesses will set a description for their profiles without ever revisiting or updating regularly.
The AI-Profile Descriptions features streamlines the process of creating new effective descriptions for your business profiles. Users can describe their business and Uberall’s AI will provide a quality short and long description that includes relative keywords and proper branding. This feature is available on a case-by-case basis or when using the Bulk Editor!

Getting Started
Start by navigating to the Basic Data for your profile(s). Under the short & long description fields you will find a new AI button for the AI-Profile Descriptions. This will launch a prompt field where you can describe your business for the AI.

In this release, we are adding a new channel to publish social posts to! Businesses can publish posts to their brand pages on LinkedIn using our publisher! By adding LinkedIn as a channel, brands can further expand their brand credibility through regular posts, promote job listings, and reach potential customers.

Getting Started
Businesses will need to connect their LinkedIn profile in the Location Hub’s Business Connection. Once connected, the LinkedIn channel will be available for selection when publishing new social content. Users can also take advantage of the recently released AI-Social Writer and AI-Tone Adjuster to help you craft the perfect post!

Surveying is a new feature that is available in our Review Management section of the platform. Businesses will now be able to create a variety of surveys that can be sent to their customers to learn more about their experience. Choose from predefined templates for NPS, CSAT, Product Feedback, or create your own custom surveys. There are tonnes of customizable options such as various survey input elements (e.g., ratings, dropdowns, text fields, file uploads, etc), condition-based visibility for asking follow-up inputs, personalizations and so much more!
Upon publishing a survey, users will receive a link that can be used in emails or even QRs that can be placed around the location. As customers utilize the survey link, businesses can review the results directly in the platform.

Getting Started
Surveys will be available for beta soon. Once available, users can start by heading over to the Review Management section of the platform and select Surveys in the sub navigation. Select to create a new survey and choose from one of the template options or create a custom survey. As you build your survey, use the ‘Preview’ to test the experience along with any conditional visibility for follow-up inputs. Be sure to publish your survey when you are ready and share with your customers!

In this release we have made major quality improvements to how the information is displayed on the new Homepage! Starting with the filters, we have improved the design by expanding the filters across the top of the page making them more discoverable. In addition, this provides much more visibility and management when filtering for multiple; locations, business, groups, or labels.
As you move down the page you will see that the presentation of the Location Performance Scores has been redesigned and streamlined. By simplifying the details in this section, users can focus on the key tasks that help to improve the score for each pillar.

Key Tasks have also been updated to aggregate similar tasks together. Previously, instance of task per location would be present on the task list which could overwhelming. By consolidating like-tasks into categories users can tackle resolving issues in a more meaningful and approachable way. Key Tasks will also be filtered based on the pillar that is selected (Visibility, Reputation, or Engagement).
The final major update is how the Performance By Location is presented. We have now categorized locations into Low Performing locations and Top Performing locations. This isin efforts to help businesses quickly identify which locations may need immediate attention.

The Sentiment Analysis report now supports translations into four additional languages! This enhancement improves the accessibility and value of our Sentiment Analysis report for our global user base.
Previously, the Sentiment Analysis report was only available in English. With this update, users can now view the insightful analysis of customer feedback, including the overall sentiment score and identified key topics, directly translated into French, German, Spanish and Italian.

The report elements will automatically be translated into the language selected in the User Settings.
Saving Default Filters

With this update, we are introducing a smal quality of life improvement to the Inbox. Users will now be able to set their favorite Saved Filter as the default view each time they log into the platform.

Getting Started
Visit the Inbox and create or modify a Saved Filter. Amongst the configurations there will be a new toggle to save the filter as the default filter. By enabling the toggle users will return to the saved filter view each time they login.
Engage with Facebook Ad Comments
